Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

Final Update: I just had Option One out at my home today to replace my inverters and I'm very happy…read moreto report my system looks to be back to fully working. The installers were awesome and got me going quickly. So regarding the communication issues I had with the company, things happen, people get busy and sometimes delays do occur. I'm just glad we were able to get everything resolved. Pricing, I did get a couple of additional quotes and Option One blew them out of the water. Could it be those other companies assumed I needed the parts and labor? Maybe, but I was very clear that I had the parts already. Bottom line it never hurts getting quotes and going from there. Service, so I got all the paperwork done yesterday early afternoon and was scheduled today (5/1) at 8am. I do realize there needs to be a buffer between appointment time and actual arrival time, I usually just assume an hour after the appointment time. But the techs were here at almost exactly 8am. As I have very limited knowledge on solar panels, the fact none of them fell off my roof (panels or techs) and nothing blew up, then it's safe to say they did a fantastic job. In the end my system is fixed and I'm happy. Also if I ever need work done on my system again I'm calling these guys up.

Mike the Plumber: Where Clogs Go to Die and Smiles Come to Life! Ladies and gentlemen, gather 'round for the tale of Moises, the Christmas Drain Whisperer! While most of us were still in a turkey-induced coma, this plumbing superhero swooped in to save the day faster than you can say "Oh no, not the in-laws' shower!" Moises, our punctual plumbing prodigy, arrived with the precision of a Swiss watch and the enthusiasm of a kid on Christmas morning. Armed with his trusty plunger and a smile that could melt frozen pipes, he tackled our clogged hot water heater with the finesse of a surgeon and the determination of a bull in a china shop. But wait, there's more! Not content with merely vanquishing the villainous blockage, Moises transformed into a human Roomba, leaving our hot water heater and laundry room cleaner than a whistle. It was as if the Cleaning Fairy and the Plumbing Wizard had a baby, and that baby was Moises. And just when we thought the show was over, he pulled out his final trick - ensuring our hot water was flowing like a champion. Move over, Houdini! We've got a new magician in town, and he's trading card tricks for pipe tricks. To have such impeccable service the day after Christmas was like finding an extra present under the tree - one that doesn't require assembly or batteries! This outfit is honest, a rare thing in the Morongo Basin. They had so many opportunities to cheat me, but didn't. I was convinced my shower was leaking behind the wall and was prepared for a major repair bill. It would have been easy to tell me Yes, you have a leak and do an unnecessary repair costing thousands but they said, No we can't find any leak. They came out twice to look for the leak, but did 'nt charge me for the time they spen t looking for it. I could go on and on about all the ways they could have cheated me but didn't. I actually felt good about paying a $700+ bill because I wasn't overcharged and they did a great job in a prompt and professional manner. Kudos to Tim and Mike for running such a great business. read more

Recently had old tub/shower removed and tile shower installed. I needed a plumber to move drain and install new fixtures. mike came right out to give me an estimate before the old fiberglass one was removed. Estimate reasonable so hired his company to work with Quality Tile and Carpets for job. Tim was sent to do job. Very friendly efficient, explained what he would be doing and cost, no surprises!!!! Job well done except shower handles too low so had to wait 3 days for job to get redone. Tim returned again and made handles right. Did excellent job, was disappointed that they were so busy and had to wait additional 4 days after title was completed to get their job done. Would hire them again in a heart beat. read more

Have used Mike on several occasions for faucet removal and installation (kitchen and bathroom), drain to septic clog removal and hot water heater installation. He has always been courteous, friendly and completed the job in a professional manner. Mike also does landscape and road grading and I use him to grade my road a couple of times a year. He is usually on time and when circumstances have been such that he is delayed at another location, he always calls to inform me of the delay before his appointed time to show up. His rates are reasonably competitive and the work is always done well. read more

I had Mike do a lot of work, clearing all my drains out, pumping out my septic tank, and putting in a new leach field. It made for a big project, but Mike and his guys did an absolutely great job. My property has a lot of landscaping, and despite a substantial amount of digging with heavy equipment to put in the leach field, they took care to work around everything, and did as little damage as possible. I really appreciated that extra effort. If you're looking for someone to do the job right, go the extra mile, and do it all at a fair price, do yourself a favor and call Mike. read more

Brad came out to our home a couple of weeks ago to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system and he was exceptional! He arrived on time, tolerated my many questions with good humor and got right to work. My RO system has functioned flawlessly since he installed it, and he was kind enough to advise me about the "fill time" for the system's tank (during which the system had low pressure for a couple of hours while the system primed itself). Just as he promised, the system worked beautifully after about 2 hours of fill time. Highly recommend this local business. read more

His group has always been professional, did high quality work and was fair in their pricing. These are the primary reasons that I've had him and his team do so much work in my house.
