Then after the interview with my mother, I really thought was ridiculous with the quantity and kind of questioning my mother was asked, she wouldn't approve us as POA. My mother knew our names, she knew it was about putting us in control of her home. She couldn't remember a few grandchildren which she never sees and she had the wrong year. But she understood what they were there for. After denied a few months later I needed help with some neglect issues from where my mother was living and I called again to give her another chance and left a lengthy message about many things that were happening and wanted her to call me back to see if we had a case and I never ever received a phone call so I went elsewhere. I don't know if it was just who I dealt with because I know a few people that had good experiences, but we did not. I think maybe she was fairly new and inexperienced or too busy for cases.
