In an attempt to save our parents home from being taken by the state due to health issues - we were lucky enough to have the money to hire Chuck and save our parents estate from the clutches of the State! This lawyer doesn't just know what he is doing - he teaches it! I believe he might be the best in WNY, but the 4 star rating is because with this expertise comes a very high price. However, everything but filing costs are part of the package and when you are talking about saving an estate - the money is being well spent. The staff at this location is excellent and you are treated with dignity and respect while making you feel like part of the family.
