This insurance company met all my needs in a short period of time. Mid April 2015 I was in the process of closing on a new home. Well long story short my prior agent home insurance quotes were in my opinion a little high including the discounts I would've have received since I already had a vehicle with the company. I scrambled around called a few other companies and talked with a few co-workers for advice because I was nearing my home closing date and I needed home owners insurance asap. I friend told me to try State Farm. I made the call and spoke with a really nice - patient representative and her name is Dawn. Dawn was very, very thorough with answering all my questions AND to mention I got a great quote for my home owners insurance and for my vehicle too for the same coverages I was going to receive with my prior company. I got the same coverages at a lower price with State Farm. I decided to change companies and the transition went very smooth and professional. This is a wonderful office to deal with. Everyone in the office is very helpful and go out of their way to help others. I went into in office a couple years ago and they were soo awesome, I changed my insurance policies all to State Farm and sat down with Mike and we also signed up for life insurance. I came in today after getting a new car to transfer my policy and it even lowered my monthly payment, then they told me they could even help me more and help me lower my interest percent on the new car going through the State Farm Bank. Very friendly and helpful staff!! I call with questions or concerns like... Am I covered in a rental car? How do I get reimbursed for towing? I lost the diamond out of my ring...Now what do I do??!! They have answers right away!! I have asked all of these questions and countless more. I have never been dissappointed in the service from the Muncie office!
