If everything goes perfectly they are very nice and it is good enough service. Once they make a mistake on your tax forms they are done along with the nice smiles and sweet attitudes. We politely called many times asking for advice and explaining that the mistake they made caused many problems and were asking for any advice they might be able to give to sort this mess out. We got a "sorry we messed up, we don't fix these things, you've already left several messages". Maybe I should have left several more because they never once got back with us and the rude demeanor once a problem they caused arose was shocking.
