Their heavy vehicles left large ruts in our grass and two holes where the front wheels were turned. They never asked if they could park on our grass and they didn't respond when I sent them a blistering email. Then 4 weeks later, a roofing contractor delivery truck damaged our new driveway when they used hydraulic jacks to stabilize their truck. Sommerset came out to "repair" the damages and now our new $2,000 driveway looks worse than before their "repairs!" I wish they'd just left it alone.
