And, that's exactly what occurred!! We pulled in; they pulled our truck into a service bay; and, less than 1 hour later and at a very fair price, we were rolling. I brought my 1965 Ford F-350 to this shop last year based on the recommendation of someone I…read moretrusted. I brought the truck in to repair existing oil leaks, including the rear seal, install new tires, and perform additional mechanical work. Approximately 200 miles after leaving the shop, the truck suffered an oil-pump failure and became inoperable. The shop had put synthetic oil in the engine, and my current mechanic has identified additional concerns with the work that was performed, including issues with the oil-pump gaskets and other workmanship. I have documentation of the original work, invoices, photographs, and the subsequent repairs and findings from my mechanic. I have attempted to resolve this directly with the shop and have asked them to cover the repairs related to the work I believe caused or contributed to the damage. At this point, they have been unwilling to do so. I brought my truck to them in good faith and expected it to be returned to me in reliable condition. Instead, I have incurred significant additional repair and transportation expenses. I am willing to share the shop's response as well as the documentation supporting my concerns. I would much rather have resolved this directly and fairly than post a negative review. Until this matter is resolved, based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution before having a classic or vintage vehicle serviced here.

The repair was excellent. The ecosystem they sent home in our van was horrible... especially when…read morethey told us they "found" rats all over our van and a snake chasing them. Then, one guy had the gull to suggest they "thought maybe they were our pets". That was degrading! Plus, if we were keeping animals in our engine and van compartments (just gross) that would be considered animal abuse! We had to pay extra for our computer wires getting chewed up while it was there, too! When we got in the van, the dash, seats and carpets were covered in rat poop and the battery was dead! When we got home, we opened the doors and a rat literally ran from the engine, through the door jamb, and almost up my husbands leg before he beat it back! We NEVER had ANY of these issues before! We put rat repellant oil in the engine area, moth balls throughout and kept the hood up during daylight to drive out the new ecosysten! Going to church, I smelled like mothballs, I'm sure!!! it was horrible and embarrassing! However, we are finally back to being the lone occupants of our van. So, I just called and talked to Shane to suggest that they treat the back fence line, where they had our van parked, treated for rats, to keep this from happening to any of their other customers. Instead of apologizing and accepting my suggestion, he wanted to argue. So, I also pointed out that they should also refrain from saying things to customers like they thought they kept rats and snakes in their vehicles! He said he didn't know anyone said that, but he was right there as they were all telling us about it and he was working up the additions to our bill. Like I said, they do great work. Unfortunately, it looks like we will be looking elsewhere for a garage that won't send rats home in our vehicle, nor cause additional damages from their infestations that we have to pay for.
