She hands Chris the scanner and Chris walks away without saying a thing to me. He scans my car and has yet to say a word. He reads me my codes and goes about with his day.

But the experience quickly declined from there. Very friendly on the phone turned into a challenge when I dropped my truck off. They were upfront and told me they were backed up so I left it with them and went about my day. 6 hours later, when I returned, my truck was still parked in the same place and hadn't been touched. However, somehow they'd been able to clairvoyantly determine that it needed new brakes and an oil change. They'd even called me to tell me as much. I'm very glad that I told them no - I change my own brakes and oil. When I expressed my confusion to the gentleman inside (I promise I was polite) I was met with a mixture of blank stares and assurances that the manager would be right out. Right out meant 30 minutes and they were closing the store for the day - my truck still not serviced. I was told by the manager that they'd had a busy day and would need me to bring my truck back the next day. You could possibly see my concern at this point, which I expressed to the manager too. Let me just say that I did not go back. I will not go back, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. All I really needed was a phone call and some honesty - but those two things seem to be absent from the customer no service of today's business. I'm glad that I don't run my business this way!

The repair was excellent. The ecosystem they sent home in our van was horrible... especially when…read morethey told us they "found" rats all over our van and a snake chasing them. Then, one guy had the gull to suggest they "thought maybe they were our pets". That was degrading! Plus, if we were keeping animals in our engine and van compartments (just gross) that would be considered animal abuse! We had to pay extra for our computer wires getting chewed up while it was there, too! When we got in the van, the dash, seats and carpets were covered in rat poop and the battery was dead! When we got home, we opened the doors and a rat literally ran from the engine, through the door jamb, and almost up my husbands leg before he beat it back! We NEVER had ANY of these issues before! We put rat repellant oil in the engine area, moth balls throughout and kept the hood up during daylight to drive out the new ecosysten! Going to church, I smelled like mothballs, I'm sure!!! it was horrible and embarrassing! However, we are finally back to being the lone occupants of our van. So, I just called and talked to Shane to suggest that they treat the back fence line, where they had our van parked, treated for rats, to keep this from happening to any of their other customers. Instead of apologizing and accepting my suggestion, he wanted to argue. So, I also pointed out that they should also refrain from saying things to customers like they thought they kept rats and snakes in their vehicles! He said he didn't know anyone said that, but he was right there as they were all telling us about it and he was working up the additions to our bill. Like I said, they do great work. Unfortunately, it looks like we will be looking elsewhere for a garage that won't send rats home in our vehicle, nor cause additional damages from their infestations that we have to pay for.

We had traveled from…read moreAtlanta to Scottsboro and were in desperate need of some help for a tire that was going flat fast. Their service was unbelievable to me, a big city boy who is not used to such friendliness. Not only did they analyze our total dilemma, but they went to another town to get a new tire for us. To top it off, they loaned us their car to drive around and find a place to eat. Where will you find such service, care, and concern. Not in Atlanta. If I lived there, I would give them all my business . We made it back to Atlanta without a problem, a new tire, and a great experience. Their willingness to help us was beyond recognition. I wish I knew more people like them.
