The next day, I noticed that the cleaning product they used on the vanity in my master bathroom, took off the coating on the countertop where the cleaner was first put on. I contacted them, and they got back to me fairly quickly, apologizing and stating they would come back to try a polish to restore the finish. They said if that didn't resolve it, they would look into professional options to make it right. That was on 12/16/24. Since then, I have heard nothing, despite numerous attempts to contact them by text & by phone. I completely understand that things happen, so let's focus on how to fix it. But w/ it now being over 3 weeks with them not responding to me, I am very unhappy w/ their customer service. So buyer beware.

We used this company to refinish our kitchen sink. However, within 2 years of the work being done, the sink began to peel. I wrote in to the company about it (citing the 5 year warranty on their website) and received no response. I followed up with a call and left a message. When Frank called me back, he told me that kitchen sinks are excluded from the warranty (despite no mention of this in the warranty on their website, which notes "all" work covered by 5 year warranty). He proceeded to tell me he can't warranty work done on kitchen sinks because they are exposed to knives and all kinds of other things such that he would be re-doing sinks every 2 months. So in other words, don't expect a kitchen sink refinish to last very long. Complete waste of money. We do not recommend this company.
