He was professional, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. He replaced the remote right away hassle free. He told us we couldn't return the phones there but he can print the labels for us to drop off at FedEx, which was in the same plaza. He guided us on how to forward him the labels via email and helped troubleshoot why the label links were showing errors. He even offered to pack the returns for us, found us boxes and shipping materials, and showed us how to drop off the returns at FedEx. He was so patient with us, we really appreciated his VIP service. He is definitely a valuable employee and human being!
