ZERO STARS HORRIBLE !!!! they force you to stick their huge sticker on your front windshield when I asked why, they said so you won't steal from us and share a plan !! After being envious of my teen for having an unlimited car wash program, I was gifted the program for Mother's Day. My husband stopped by the facility to purchase it and a text alerted me to my enrollment. I completed a user account online which was quick and easy. Although I didn't have my sticker, I was able to show my registration and it was walked out to me. The associate remembered my husband and mentioned him stopping in. First car wash within the first hour! Since that visit I've gone through several times. Each worker has been lovely and friendly. Always a smile! My car looks great and I can go through the fast pass entry because it sees the barcode on my dashboard. Vacuums are not included and are only $2 for 8 minutes. I brought my son to help vacuum and we knocked out my car working together in that timeframe. If you plan to get several washes, the unlimited package is a good value. Very pushy staff. The employee working outside was worse than a used car salesman. I told him multiple times that I wasn't interested in the discount sheet and that I was only there for a single wash, but he kept insisting I take it because his boss wants them handed out. When I said I would just throw it away, he pointed to the trash can and told me to go there--then still shoved it in with my receipt. Completely unnecessary and uncomfortable interaction for something as simple as a car wash. I won't be returning. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that don't treat customers this way. read more

Tried the basic wash in my truck. $11 for was. Go to entrance. Guy with a pressure wand goes over truck quickly with no attention to what he was doing. I had to ask for BOTH sides to be pre-washed. Another worker lightly sprayed. Really never got off the pine pollen off the black surface. No one behind me. They hardly touched the chrome wheels. After I went through parked in a lot where I had an appointment. Dirt on tonneau cover, doors and around windows. Also noticed scratches which were NOT there prior to visit. I always used Sparkle Bright and never had any issues or problems. After appointment I went back to show Manager. Of course the one I talked to was gone. This guy offered to re-wash and I heatedly refused do to the horrible scratches! NO REFUNDS! You ll try to add photos if able. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Very very disappointed. I did not notice these scratches until arriving back home in Lexington after getting the car wash from Mike's Car Wash. Do not go here unless you like scratches on your car. This place is a joke of a car wash. Came the other day and just got a basic wash for $11, barely even made it into the wash and the chain apparently stopped working. Meanwhile, my driver and passenger windows are continuously getting blasted with soap and the rest of my car is sticking out not being sprayed. There were 3 employees trying to fix it and kept coming up to my front window to talk to me (yes the one covered in soap) so I had to keep rolling down the rear window and turning around to talk to them out of that. They kept turning the soap back on then back off and coming up to talk to me again. All of this lasted about 10 minutes and then it began working, only for us to basically get pushed right through and the only clean part of my car was those two windows. I was super irritated as I had my kids in the car who are already a bit weary of car washes, and then I pulled around to find out you have to pay for vacuums! What? At no other car wash in the area do you have to pay to vacuum, Thomas Car Wash is right down the street and such a better value. They had all these creepy stuffed animals all over the place and it really just was so weird. I called and spoke to the girl who was "fixing" the car was and asked for a refund. She told me she knew it was "a less than ideal wash" and offered a rewash to which I declined. Then she said if I wanted a refund I'd have to come back and go inside which I had already left to go to the other car wash so I wasn't going to go back. Beyond disappointed. My 3-week-old car was scratched by them. Of course, they deny any responsibility for this. Their rationale was, if their equipment was at fault the damage would be greater than it was. The scratches were the lower quarter panel and side of the bumper. I left the car wash, parked at a store, walked around the car at that point and saw the issue. They said it was probably preexisting, even though I didn't see anything when I got in the car at my house. I went back to file a claim within 10 minutes of leaving the location. These guys are so professional and I get a great car wash every time. From the time you pull your car up to their new, state of the art car wash until you leave you are in great hands. They are very friendly and offer answers to any questions you may have, with all the new special sales they are running. Their dryer heats up nicely that I don't have to wipe down my car after the wash to get any water spots. They don't offer free vacuums but I've found only half car washes do offer this perk. read more

This It's the first time I used Mike's carwash but to be honest was a little skeptical of how good a job it could possibly do. Mike's is a vacuum yourself set up along with a conveyored car wash, Where you sit in the car while the conveyor leads the car through the wash. you also vacuum The car yourself either before or after the car wash. Vacuum is two dollars for several minutes and two vacuum hoses. Vacuums were very good and efficient and two dollars covered the entire vacuum job. Next we did the automated carwash with the best wax and tire cleaner. In my Opinion the carwash was very good and looked as good as other carwash places in town that hand dry your vehicle. Price for the wax and wash was reasonable. Overall value of Mike's is very good and I plan on returning here for future washes. read more

Good LORD. I just paid $20 to get my car washed, and didn't realize until the end that that doesn't include anything INSIDE the car. WHAAAAAAAAT? My car better shine like a Money's A$$. Update: it's crap. My tires are still filthy. At least scrub them a little! Seriously. What a rip off. Never again. Addition: Ty, thank you for your response. But I'll be brutally honest and tell you that your business model will fail at this price point. Someone else suggested that you include free self serve vacuums for this price, and I'm going to agree with them. Meh... I just took the basic wash for $9, however it still didn't get all the dirt off my car. I was in Louisville for an event and wanted to clean my car up a bit because I use another car wash locally. The customer service was good, so no complaints with the employees. They also have a separate cost for the vacuums. $2 for eight minutes of vacuum time. There were only 4 slots for the vacuum so I had to park to wipe down my car then when a spot became available I was able to get in. Average car wash, good enough but not excellent. There are no amenities here, like dry towels, window cleaners, mat cleaners, etc... guess I may be a bit spoiled... read more

It is always refreshing to go somewhere where everyone smiles and is polite. And for this reason I make Mike's my top car wash pick. I do think the cost is a bit expensive but you can pick up buy four get two free books when they do a special. I actually got a book this winter with but four get three free. When you buy washes this way the cost is a lot more affordable. I also like that if you aren't satisfied with the cleanliness of your vehicle you can normally go through again. I went today and saved money because the Cincinnati Bengals achieved two sacks. I purchased a Mike's Ultimate Wash for just $14. That's a $6 savings! The Ultimate Wash is great. It includes FastWax, Wheel Bright, Underbody and Tire Shine. The staff was friendly and quick. The kids love this place because they have Elmo and Cookie Monster at the entrance. They also have cool colors during the car wash. It is thorough. I would bring a towel to dry off even though they have blowers at the end to make sure you don't have water spots near the mirrors and back window. They offer discounts with car Wash Books. This is the closest car wash to my house, so I decided to give it a try. Jesse, who assisted me, was super friendly! My car came out decent.
