I love Mike's Car Wash! The staff is always super friendly. There is hardly ever a line, and if there is a line it always moves pretty quickly. You stay in your car the whole time. They have several wash options available. They even have a "Wash Book" where you can purchase 4 Ultimate Washes & get 2 Ultimate Washes for free. With it being August, there are bugs everywhere including on my car. The last time I didn't say anything & left with a few bug splatters still on my windshield. So this time I asked one of the guys if he could be sure to get the bugs off of my windshield & front bumper. I am happy to say my car came out bug splatter free! read more

Over priced for what you get. Did the most expensive wash and it didn't even seem enough time to do what it said. Car could be much cleaner. They charge for the vacuums also. The people seemed friendly but not worth the price at all. The vacuum you have to pay for doesn't even work very well. I'll be taking it home to vacuum there after paying for it here. Extremely disappointed. Mike's Carwash broke my side mirror and then gaslighted me into blaming my car was "old" so they could deny responsibility, despite reviewing their security camera footage. Totally unacceptable customer service -- take accountability instead of blaming the customer. I won't be returning. read more

So I definitely have mixed reviews. The con of this car was definitely the price and the services. I paid for the 29.00 wash and my car came out still dirty. It also come out of the wash with a few microfiber scratches and a few larger scratches. I was super disappointed because I had heard great things from other people. The pros are the lady who took payment was super friendly and helpful. She explained all the washes and benefits. Also the shine after this wash is amazing. I took my car to Mike's for a free car wash on Veteran's Day. It's not my first time here, but probably my first review. My wife also went to Mike's. We both received a flyer concerning deals for members. I haven't studied mine yet, but wifey went and signed up for buy 4, get 3 free. It seems like a fair deal and the wash did a fine job. My car looks very good compared to what it was before running through the wash. It didn't take long to get through the line and the employees were friendly. I think I spoke with the manager at the place for payment. I will probably be back. read more

I buy the book of washes. They least me between 6-9 months. I love it because usually they have but so many washes get so many free. It's nice to have already prepaid for the washes so when I need one it's free. They are always friendly and I usually don't have to wait long. I do wish the vacuums were free, the washes aren't cheap. Quality of wash is excellent, I am always pleased with how good my car looks when I leave. read more

Fabulous service at veterans pkwy Clarksville in. I asked for the wheel cleaning and amazingly shiney chrome afternoon.

It's all fine and nice to have employees in white shirts smiling and friendly, but they're pointless if your product isn't worth the cost. It's like buying used oil from a guy in a tuxedo and white gloves...it just doesn't make sense. A friend who I trust implicitly recommended this place. I had avoided it because of the cost and things I'd heard from other folks, but decided to give it a try. Well, that has resulted in an utter fail. I got the $20 wash because I wanted to see exactly how good of a wash I could get. Needless to say, I'm not pleased. There is still bird poo on the hood and plenty of spots that normally come off on the cheapest of washes. I'm not sure what the deal is or why it didn't work for me, but I do know I'm not the only one. I pulled up to the vacuums and had a guy next to me saying the same thing as he wiped dirt off his car. There's another similar car wash a couple miles away that I normally use & they have free vacs. At $20/wash I would have thought you could at least give the customer a few mins free, but I guess I should have asked that first. The vac I had was not good at all and had very little suction. At least if you're going to charge for a vac, please make sure it works properly! I know my buddy must have had a great experience to recommend this place, but it certainly is a fail for me...and all I can attribute that to is inconsistency. The best car wash in the country? I wouldn't know for sure but it is the best car wash in Southern Indiana. As soon as you pull into the business you are greeted by a uniformed employee who will tell you all the options available at Mikes. There's a lot to consider when offered options. You can get a simple wash or you can get the deluxe version. $20.00 and your car sparkles. Going through the actual wash is a too intense for me! Lots of flashing lights and colored soaps..it's a real trip. Mikes offers all kinds of deals to keep your car clean, you can even buy a yearly pass..that keeps the salty road build up off the car during the winter months. You save considerably by purchasing one of the deals. There is a great place to vacuum your car and do your windows off to the side of the car wash. Mikes has taken washing your car to a new level...and I love it! read more

This is a decent carwash. When I used to live in Indianapolis in the 90's, this was my "go to" car wash. So as you can tell, they have been around for quite some time. I am glad they finally decided to bring it to our area. The vacuum is $2 for eight minutes and 50¢ for each additional minute. To get the most out of your vacuum time, take another person with you, because the driver's side and passenger side vacuums work simultaneously. The ultimate carwash choice is $20 or you can buy six coupons for $80, which I recommend. Place your vehicle in neutral and stay in your vehicle as you go through the wash. The dryer is actually pretty thorough and effective, which most automatic carwash dryers are not. The staff were super friendly and helpful. What you need to know about Mike's Carwash is that it is probably the best possible automated carwash experience around. Pricer than other automated competitors; however, the level of cleanliness is noticeably better at MCW. I do wish I could get about 10-15 more seconds in the dryer to dry the car absolutely. read more

I love that they are open till 9pm on Sunday. Very prompt service. It is more expensive but this is a "BRAND NEW" car wash. New equipment is better in my opinion. The reason it gets 5 stars is its app reward program& the amazing employees. I'm telling you all. I take my Audi TT or Fiat in to this place. They both look brand new when they come out of the Ultimate wash. I like it. I think people in this area are a little bidder about it being more then $3 & no free vacuum. I don't base my ratings on what other places are doing. I base it on the overall service, cleanliness, & professionalism. Because it's brand new. It wins all 3. I saw this bright and shiny car wash by chance the other day, decided that my car was in need and so I tried it. I was hoping they could me hook up some interior cleaning as well, because mine has not been the same since a muddy outdoor music festival about a month ago...full disclosure. They do not offer interior cleaning services, unless you count the "do it yourself" vacuum hoses that accept payment via a kiosk. The best way to describe this car wash is to say it's like driving through the fast food line. You drive up, stop and speak to a person (who happens to be standing right in front of you instead of inside the building), order the car wash that you want, and then drive around to experience it all while sitting in the car. This place is alright, but I prefer the car wash places that actually get hands on inside and out. The staff people were friendly and the business looked clean and in proper working order. read more

I am fairly selective about any sort of automated car washing. So before even trying Mike's car wash, I walked in to see how they handle cars. I've been to other car washes that also boasted about using soft cloths, but they spun so fast and hard that they battered the heck out of the fenders unnecessarily. Lo and behold, Mike's "proprietary process" is off limits to customers -- a total black box treatment -- you hand over your keys, your car disappears and you have no way of knowing what they do or how they treat your car. The customer lobby is about 8' x 10' space in front of their counter, and there are no windows to allow viewing into the wash area. I can't understand how anyone would pay $20 or $30 grand or more for a car, then hand it over to complete strangers who don't want you see what they are doing to it. They may do a great job, but if you are like me, you'll never find out, because Mike's business model doesn't work for people like us. Demand transparency from anyone handling your assets, whether it is your tax preparer or your car wash. UPDATE 4-9-2017 Revised from 2 to 3 rating: Since my original encounter I've kept my eye on Mike's Car Wash (it is next to our neighborhood), and noticed a couple of things. First, I was able to get a decent view of the machinery looking through the exit end of the wash, and it seemed reasonably gentle for an automated wash that uses soft cloth brushes. Second, I noticed that people were staying in their cars while they went through the wash. So, I don't understand why the attendant told me I couldn't see how cars are handled in the wash because of "proprietary processes". I'm not trying to steal industry secrets -- just protecting my car. Finally, I saw someone taking their Mustang Convertible through the wash. I'd never put my Mustang Convertible through an automated wash, but decided we would risk washing our 2014 Mazda3. The wash was sufficiently gentle to our car. I've been to similar washes that seemed like they were trying to strip the clearcoat off of your car. However, Mike's is more or less a do it yourself operation, and the attendants are only there to greet you and get your payment. Mike's prices are almost as high as a nearby full service wash, and you have do all the vacuuming and wheel touch ups yourself. I prefer the extra services and attention my car gets get elsewhere. Still, if you like washing your car frequently, Mike's unlimited wash options may appeal to you. read more
