Took my car to this Mike's Car Wash for the early bird special. Bought the Ultimate car wash as usual, what a terrible job. During the early bird time today they reduced the amount of rinse water and either reduced the undercarriage water pressure or turned it off completely. Afterwards while drying off my windows, I noticed salt in my wheel wells and under some of the underbody. $17.00 what a rip - off. read more

I really need to go here more often. I tend to go to the Mike's car wash in Fields Ertel, but the past few times I have tried, the line is literally out of the business into the road (not a bad thing!). I decided to hit up the one in Loveland off of Loveland Madeira Road after some errands instead. They are open until 9:00 PM, and I found the later I went in the evening, it was not as crowded. What I love about this specific car wash is that you do not have to try to fit your car on the small track to enter the Carwash. It is a much larger track that fits the entire car instead of just one tire. I always get a little nervous trying to load my car onto the moving ramp at the old Mike's car wash locations--and since this one is pretty new, they have remodeled it and made it easier for drivers. I LOVE that new feature. It is not self serve. Until 9:00 PM, there is still a live person taking money and telling about future savings. Depending on the person checking you in depends on how much of a sales pitch you're going to get-- sometimes I do feel like they are trying to sell me something, but I usually just smile and take the information. I do love the promotions they offer, and the book deals are very nice as you can usually buy 6 car washes for the price of 4. They also offer specials after the Cincinnati Reds or the Bengals win a game. Careful: this location has the exit ramp going downhill. Due to the cold weather and the water coming off of the cars, it has created ice at the exit. I definitely slid when I hit the brakes at the bottom of the hill. Gratefully, no one else was coming, so I did not hit oncoming traffic--just something to be aware of during cold weather and at night. read more

We were on our way home from school when my daughter asked if we could go to the car wash. I looked at my mom-van/swagger wagon covered in big juice and full of crumbs and said yes. I pulled up into the easy to find location and the attendant greeted me. I asked him what the best car wash would be to entertain a toddler, and as he was drawing smiley faces for both of my kids with a soap bar on the windows he suggested the wash with a purple soap (or clear coat?) that would be fun. I said yes, he swiped my car, and I pulled forward. They had stuffed animals lined up along the way that my kids enjoyed pointing out. I pulled in to the tunnel and popped it in neutral and went along for the ride. The kids oohed and aah-ed as giant brushes swirled and swished over our car, they enjoyed the lights and especially loved that purple soap. We exited the tunnel, my car was clean, and my kids were happy. Win! read more

One of the workers was very cruel to me for no reason! all i did was drive though and i was trying to pull forward and then he just started shaking his head at me! VERY poor service!! read more

Basic wash requires another 45 minutes back home to clean all windows and wipe all the soap specks off the body. The quality is not worth the cost. I am definitely going to find another place! read more

Mikes is not what they used to be. I go through and always need a second wash. They barely spray the front window on the drivers side. Roll you through and your hood, grill and window are all still dirty. My car is garage kept and isn't hard to clean! read more

Had my car washed here on 11/15/23, granted my car was really dirty, I left and continued on to Kroger further down the road. Noticed my car was still covered in soapy water and my front license plate was bent. Never again. read more

I had an incident a little over a week ago, a streamer was lodged in the front of my car I notified corporate by email, now today I utilized the Mikes Carwash in Loveland again and there are now 2 streamers lodged in the right and left side of the front of my car and there is chipped paint and possibly more damage. I will be taking my car to a certified dealership to have it inspected. I am very upset that corporate was notified already about this issue now my brand new car is damaged. I have submitted an incident report and emails to corporate and have filed a complaint with the BBB with several photos of the incident. read more

It's has been a pleasure having my car washed at Mike's Wash in tri county over the years until February 2021 my car got heat from the rear and there was no compensation as a business owner on their property it sucks . but at the sometime I am so happy to see so many new car washes popping up around the city just saying am excited. at the same time people be aware and be careful where you spend your money simply because as costumes lots off these businesses like Mike's Car Wash really don't give a dam about costumes because what happened to my car can happen to any one people react / respond a lot different lately , shame on Mike's car wash for been so irresponsible costumes service comes first we lost it here in the US sad. read more

Usually use the tri county location - this had a different conveyor system not sure if this impacted the wash I got but spots everywhere!

Customer service is key and this place has it! I love Mike's and I think this is the best location so far and it's so convenient!
