Exterior wash and interior vacuum for $20, and for an extra $10 you can upgrade to what I consider to be a full interior detail. Let me first say I'm a little biased because this place picks up my car in the garage at work and then returns it cleaned and shiny to me. Literally, it's like having Cinderella's little mice and birds that made her dress while she worked on Staff to clean my car. The wash itself is really good, but I have had better at a couple of other detail places in town. However, it's a solid wash and they offer a 24 hr. guarantee like most places so I'm a fan. What sets this place apart for me though, is the aforementioned service. I mean you cannot beat door to door service and getting something like a car wash while you have the flexibility to do other things. The office staff is really friendly as well and they even give you suggestions on what type of cleaning you actually need based on the condition your car is in. Definitely worth a try! read more

Me Bubbles--and my detailer Chris--did a fantastic job with an interior detail and exterior wash on my 8 year old Tiguan. Very affordable and they always do a great job. Staff is very friendly and they always get the job done quick.

Interior was done well. Exterior had about 6 spots where the wax was not buffed off the car. Problem was that it is too dark inside. They could not see the wax to buff it off. Once in the daylight (at home) it was clear that there were many spots where the white colored wax contrasted with the dark paint. Solution would be to improve the lighting in the facility so that they can see what they are missing. read more

This is the BEST car wash in town hands down, especially for the price. It's a little tucked away in a private garage but once they open the door you'll see some comfy sofas to relax on while handfuls of burly men are working their asses off! I was taking my car to Johnny's car wash for a year, and at the same price, you actually get professionals who know what they're doing. I paid an extra $7 for them to clean the door handles & door cubbies but when I got inside to drive away, looking through my windshield was not unlike watching a high definition hd tv for the first time-it was unreal how clean and clear the glass was! I had to do a double take to make sure the glass hadn't been taken off! I wish I could give this mom and pop car wash 6 stars because they went over and beyond their call of duty-thank you thank you!!! read more

I want to like Mr. Bubbles - I have used them multiple times and its very convenient as they pick my car up at work and return so I don't have to wait for the detail. However, they are extremely sloppy... whatever cleaner/polisher they use on dash/center area leaves this nasty white residue once dried (you can see the full spray pattern and everything!), tires and rims are left with residue marks and even the leather seats are halfway whipped. I have called and had them take back my car for a redo and car comes back the exact same. Honestly, I wouldn't spend the money here... really wish they did a decent job, because I would love to keep using them, but its disappointment every single time. read more

This review is 10 days after my car was detailed - I took my car in after having a spill in the carpets underneath the seat. The odor was unbearable. I tried cleaning it with off the shelf products but couldn't even make a dent. I got a basic detail and Bob focused on the carpets to eliminate the odor. Best carwash in cincinnati, no one comes close in quality and price. Free pickup and drop-off of your car in the downtown area. At 16 bucks or so for the "basic" service my car looks better inside and out than I could ever do at a self service place or autowash. Cheaper too! I had my previous car detailed there a couple of years ago to sell it and it looked better than my car had ever looked since I bought it. I didnt know all those stains could come out. Keep up the great work guys! Oh, and they have free wifi in case you want to drive you car there instead of using the free pickup service. Had an accident in my car that didn't completely come clean after attempting to shampoo and wipe down interior myself. Called around and based on the reviews brought my car here for professional detailing. Office was friendly and accommodating. Were able to start on my car right away! (+1) no appointment necessary. Since estimated time was over an hour opted to go home and wait. Took three hours, longer than what was quoted. They brought car back to my house (+1) and was told to call in payment. Tipped the gentleman (25%) for $70 detailing. Big improvement from when I dropped it off but once I reviewed the work I noticed stains on the drivers side that I ended up wiping off and a few other very small things. Mostly it just didn't smell fresh, you'll definitely notice on these hot and humid days. Guess I'll just invest in car refresher but thought shampoo would address the issue. read more

I have owned more than 20 cars and had at least 12 of them detailed prior to selling them and I have never had an experience as fine as I did with the folks at Mr. Bubbles. Why? 1. I work in Walnut Hills and they picked up and dropped off ON TIME. 2. I drove toddler grandkids around for a year and all the stains and ground in cracker crumbs are gone. 3. They removed latex paint stains from the drivers' seat. 4. No evidence of the 6 bumper stickers that were on the painted surface. 5. Seats and floor look like new. And finally, the entire car looks like it just came off the lot. Mr. Bubbles employees were friendly, responsive and just plain good at what they do.
