I took my vehicle to Joshua for exterior detailing + wax, as it sat dormant in our garage for a few months longer than I'd like to admit. He did an amazing job bringing the vehicle back to life - scratches & abrasions which had been there for years are no longer visible. So this was my 2nd time using Extreme auto detailing. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and they were responsive on yelp. I appreciated that. The base price was $249 and they said they would charge extra for any dog hair. My bad that I did not ask how much extra though I did not expect to be charged for it as I was not charged for dog hair the 1st time I used their service. I dropped my car off at 9 am and asked for it to be done by 5. When I went to get my car... it was not fully ready. They handed it back without the floor mats and my stuff. I had also requested that my license plates be changed at the time of reserving the service. This was not done. They did it while I was there. I was charged an additional $75 for dog hair. My small-dog sits in a car seat so it's not a "bad case" of dog hair. Also $75 is an excessive charge for that. All in all this was not value for money ... the car wasn't detailed enough, wasn't ready on time ... things I would forgive at a lower price point. read more

I have used Extreme Clean service about two times now for my car and my husband's. They have done outstanding job with both of the cars. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the cleaning job. They take their time, approx 4-6 hours, but everything is cleaned thoroughly. They make the car look brand new from the inside, outside they might or might not be able to (depending on the existing damage). They are honest about what they can accomplish and can't fix. Price: Expensive. $$$, but worth every penny. If I could give six stars, I would! First off, I'll say the cleaning job they did was top-notch. My car looked immaculate afterwards! Josh, Amber, and the crew did a fantastic job. Unfortunately I deleted the pics I had, but it looked better than when I bought it! But besides the awesome job, there's another reason I'll keep coming back when I need a full detailing. While cleaning, they found a very minor cosmetic issue on the center console - minor enough that I may have done it myself earlier and not noticed! Either way, when I came to pick up, they pointed out the issue immediately, apologized, and generously offered to make it up to me. They could have let it slide, said it was there before, or hoped I didn't notice, but they did the right thing - even though I wasn't sure they did it! Had my Kia Optima detailed to prepare to sell it. That was a week ago and even though it has poured down rain since then, it still looks perfect. Joshua was professional, accessible and responsive all the time. He even made a special effort to arrange for me to pick up the car late on a Sunday afternoon, when he was closed, because he knew that my schedule was kind of inflexible. He also kept me abreast of progress on the car throughout the detailing process. He found flaws in the car's paint job that I personally had never noticed, and even went so far as to touch base and coordinate with a local body shop in his quest to find ways to improve the finish on my paint job's trouble spots. Keep in mind he was that diligent and proactive about improving something I didn't specifically asked him to fix, that I had ever noticed myself, and ever would have noticed. He even took the time to teach me a couple of finer points of paint/clear coat upkeep and maintenance. I will go back to Extreme Clean for all of my detailing needs in the future, no question. read more

Based on other reviews here, I scheduled an appointment to get my girlfriend's Infiniti detailed as a Christmas present. We dropped the car off and were met at the door with a smile. We went over the plan of action, and after a quick look at the interior of the car were told that we may have to do an extra deep cleaning/treatment on the leather - which was fine. The car came back literally looking brand new - truly a dramatic improvement over what we dropped off. The interior shined and was bright and smelled great. The exterior looked as great as the inside with a mirror finish and polished tires. It was obvious the level of detail and effort that was put into making this car look the way that it did. Incredibly professional service. The cleaning was perfect - better than I asked for, and they dropped off the car to my workplace, which was so helpful. I never, ever get my car detailed. Those of you who know me probably aren't surprised. Those of you who have ever rode in one of my cars will be shocked that I even know what auto detailing is. But before our last kid was born, someone gave my wife and I a gift certificate for a free auto detailing, for my wife's car. Before the last kid, we had another kid, our daughter, and she was as messy as the average two-year-old can get. The car had milk dribbles on the seats and crumbs in all the crevasses and it was just generally a mess. We would tidy it up time to time, but with so much on our plate, preparing for the arrival of a newborn, we never took the time to really clean the car. As soon as I got the gift certificate, I called Extreme Clean's main line and set up an appointment. The appointment time came by, they took my car & I didn't think anything else about it ... ... until they returned my car later in the day and EGADS it was clean. It sparkled. It did not smell of sour milk. Every surface was buffed and the car felt new again. I hadn't believed that a car could get so clean. The coffee stain in the passenger side footwell was gone; the tires had no grime. It was amazing. I'm never going to be a person who gets their car detailed on a regular basis. I've taken my red Chevy Cruze here twice now. Josh does an exceptional job! Both times I have been very impressed. The first time I took my car here was when my dog took a giant crap in my car and proceeded to walk all around in it. It literally looked like a shit grenade went off in my car. This happened on a Saturday night and we called everywhere to find someone who was open on a Sunday to clean this mess. Called Josh and he normally isn't open on Sunday's but made an exception for us. It took all day and $300 but when I came to pick up my car, it was spotless. It was cleaned AND sanitized. The second time I took it to him was to get all of the scratches buffed out. Once I got my car back, it looked like there were never any scratches to begin with! There are other shops that would do this work for less but you won't get the quality you'd get from Josh and his crew. He has great attention to detail and makes it worth your money to take it to him so it's done right. I'll be taking my car to him for any interior and exterior work I need done in the future! 100% recommend! read more

I just left Extreme Clean Auto Detailing after waiting for 25 minutes for my 10:00 appointment:( I was left waiting from 10:00 to 10:25 a.m. with no communication as to when the person would show up to complete the work. Workers were busy working on other cars and could not reach Josh on the phone. At 10:29 a.m., I received a call from Josh who informed me that a 10:00 appt. is nothing more than just a "window" for work scheduled to take one hour. Can you believe it? He was actually surprised to hear that I was unhappy! If your time is valuable and your schedule is tight, this is not the place you want to have detailing done on your car. Sad. read more

My older Sonata developed a mildew smell earlier this year, which got progressively worse as the weeks went on. After attempting a couple of DIY remedies (leaving baking soda on the upholstery and floor mats for a week while we were on vacation, and running a duct cleaner through the ventilation system, both of which failed miserably), I finally gave Joshua a call (after hours) based on the reviews here, and he responded almost immediately. He was very up front about his plan of action (interior detailing plus a lengthy ozone treatment), and he also cautioned me that it might not last if there was a persistent leak somewhere that caused the mildew in the first place. However, he did find evidence of an old spill underneath one of the seats (caused by my preschooler, no doubt) that seems to have been the source of the problem, as I am happy to report that the odor has not returned after almost two months now, most of which has been humid and 90+ degrees. The odor removal was my only concern, but I must admit that I didn't think a car with over 240K miles on it could end up looking that clean on the inside again. I hope neither of our vehicles have an issue like that again, but we won't hesitate to bring them to Joshua if they do. read more

I see this place has five stars from everyone who has posted and yes I'm interested... Just had my car detailed today and I can say that Joshua (and the previous posters) didn't let me down! Is it the cheapest place around? No, but I can tell you this--if you want someone to be obsessively compulsive with the cleanliness of your car, take it to Joshua. Anyone can run a vacuum through your car, but this place reset my interior to the day I purchased it. Got into all the places that self service vacuum (and most Dustbusters) won't fit. Scheduled detailing of my minivan as this company picks up at my work and is very convenient. I had used them in the past with good results. I noticed their pricing had gone up quite a bit, but really needed the detail done, so I was willing to pay the premium. When they came to pick up the car, they added a $100 up-charge. This was for an interior detail with an exterior wash. Unacceptable. I offered to pay a $40 up-charge and the company refused. read more

When I called they claimed to have no knowledge of it. I chalked it up to first time mistake since I'd never had my car detailed before. I am a fan. This is a family-owned business that does professional, reliable work on your car. My car is 11 years old, and while I try to keep it nice, the interior needed refreshed, and that's what I got--a clean, professionally 'refreshed' car. Price is fair. They don't expect tipping, but if you do tip, they put the money into a lunch fund for employees. I love supporting these kinds of businesses where people work hard to do the right thing at a good price. They forgot to vacuum the trunk but when I texted about it, Amber (co-owner) wrote back immediately with a sorry, stop by and we'll take care of it. No excuses, just we'll take care of it. I was extremely pleased with the service I received today. Joshua was very friendly and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up my car. I just finished an 18 month stint with Domino's Pizza as a driver, so there was lots of pizza smell in my car. There were hot sauce stains on the floor carpet that they got out completely. There were sticker stains they also got out and was pleased. Finally, I thought there were permanent dirt marks on the front of my car from the horrible winter we just had, and most of them are now gone. There are permanent marks on my car no one can do anything about, but they did great. Extreme clean? Absolutely! You can trust these guys, they won't rip you off, and they'll get the job done right.
