    Faulty Product

I was sent a moldy Cigar this week. After sending photos, I got told it was in perfect condition (see photo). I ended up asking for a refund and they made me pay for the shipping back and claim they inspected it before it left their facility. They implied that should anything occur during the shipping process (to include bad storage/overhumidification) is not their fault. I dont see it that way and wont be purchasing from them again. Its a dissapointing service seeing as how I didnt ask for a cigar with mold in it, yet they would make me pay for their mistake. Also its heavily damaged and bent, with the wrapper coming off. Be warned.

This place was a pleasure to do business with online. The prices are very reasonable, they actually have the items in stock that they show online. They ship imideatly, at reasonable rates. Boxes get shipped with humidity packs, which is a big help when they ship to colder or drier climates. Plus you may include a gift. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. I definitely recommend them.

Firstly this a quite big cigar lounge and you can enjoy your cigar in there very comfortably. They also have a bar just serving coffee, beer and vine. Not too many selections for both however it is a good addition to have when you stay and enjoy your cigar at the lounge. They are serving the vine only in bottles. For the cigar selection; I found that they have very good selections of Davidoff (as well as Avo and Camacho), Padron, and others. I am very pleased with this place and their selection.

Three stars only because I lived in Vegas and I scale things to all time best to all time worst. I like this place great location great products. But I would look again and see what I could do to make is even better. I like this place so I won't go into detail. But as is its great still. Make your way down here it's worth it 1st Time here. I like the setup. #chill #relaxed #lounge #montecristo #whiteseries #cabinet #stogie of choice #cheers

Its no longer a cigar bar. Its a wholesale cigar store now. They give you a catalog so you can order cigars and they will ship to you.

The online store is open, they'll do buy and go at the store but the cigar lounge is not open.

We walked through the lobby to the restaurant, which is situated overlooking the Haulover inlet (far enough away from the nude beach so your meal is not ruined, LOL!). There is indoor and outdoor seating; both have great views. You can also sit at the bar. The vibe is upscale nautical. The server was great; friendly and just attentive enough! We opted to sit inside as the humidity level was near 100% and there were storm clouds brewing. If you opt to sit inside, bring a cover up as the AC is working very well here! During our meal, the usual afternoon storm arrived and provided a dramatic show, complete with theatrical lightning! We had the ceviche and watermelon feta salad to start. The ceviche was super fresh and beautifully tart. The watermelon on the salad was at peak ripeness! Next, we had the chipotle rubbed shrimp tacos - two tacos with two giant shrimp nestled inside alongside avocado. I did not partake of the cheeseburger, but Larry needed a nap when we got home, so I think it did it's job. The fries that came with it were excellent. I'm not a fan of flan - I dislike the texture - but the taste and presentation were beautiful. The sorbet was a surprising standout. They were out of blood orange, so I was offered mango or lime instead. I have a mango tree that fruits all summer and I am sick of mango at this point, so I opted for lime. It was unbelievably delicious! Tart, creamy even though it's dairy free, absolutely refreshing! In all, Artisan serves basic food executed very well in a beautiful setting with expert service. Well worth it!

Lovely staff all around attentive, warm, and professional. The ambiance inside was on the quieter side and felt a bit stale, with not many people around, but still pleasant. We chose to sit outside for the much nicer view, which definitely elevated the experience. We decided to try the Miami Spice menu, honestly, that's the main reason we picked this spot and it turned out to be a great deal. From appetizers to dessert, everything was enjoyable. While there wasn't a standout "wow" moment with the food, there were no disappointments either just a solid, satisfying lunch. Outside of the Miami Spice pricing, the regular menu does lean on the higher side, so for us, this special menu made it well worth it. Overall, it was a nice afternoon out with good food, great service, and a beautiful view.

I booked 3 basic rooms with points, days before check in we were upgraded to TWO-2 Bedroom Royal Suites, both Royal suites were high floor ocean front with amazing south beach views, at check in I told the the hotel they can keep the third room, cause with the two-2 bedroom Royal suits we basically have 4 rooms already I do not need the third room which they also upgraded, I told them I was not worried about the points spent and let some other guests enjoy the third suite, the hotel actually cancelled my third room reservation and returned all my points, these 2 royal suites have a combined value of $8,000, I was super happy about this upgrade. Everyone and everything at this resort was perfect, from the beach attendants to pool servers and all staffs, everyone was very attentive and friendly. All kinds of complimentary treats throughout the day like champagne and free ice cream, treats by the pool often and pictures by the beach Welcome gift was breakfast for all guests, hand wrote welcome letters, huge fruit baskets and sparkling water was delivered to the room by our butler. Hi everyone, I…read moremyself in Hospitality so for that reason, I wanted to share my experience during my recent travels. At the Ritz-Carlton hotel bar, I ordered a coffee and asked if they had any croissants . Tania!! The staff member informed me that croissants weren't on the menu. However, she offered to check the breakfast area across the hotel to see if any were left over after breakfast hours. I told her that either plain or chocolate croissants would be fine. She left to check and returned with a plain croissant. To my surprise, she also brought some butter and additional chocolate so I could make my own chocolate croissant. It's the little things that matter!

We did get upgraded from an ocean view room to a coastline view suite and appreciated being able to choose between the two at check-in. Even with the upgrade, the stay didn't live up to expectations. The biggest issue is that the property feels dated and poorly maintained. In our room alone there was peeling laminate in the bathroom, likely from the tub faucet spraying toward the window, a shower that never got hot enough, and on our last day the closet door handle literally fell off. Not what you expect at this price point. Service was inconsistent. We walked into our room at one point and found housekeeping sitting on the couch. Valet was also frustrating since the parking attendant couldn't clearly direct us to visitor parking, so we ended up paying for valet every day. The hair dryer was low quality with only one heat setting. I use a salon-quality dryer at home, but even compared to some 4-star hotels this felt like a downgrade. Small detail, but it adds up. Food was mediocre and overpriced. A $22 piña colada mocktail was basically a slushy. Nothing we had stood out in a good way. The pool area is smaller than expected and not particularly nice for a resort like this. We were expecting more, whether that meant a larger pool, a second pool, or something more elevated. The beach was the highlight. Chairs and umbrellas were included in the resort fee and the staff there were genuinely warm and attentive. There was also noticeable construction noise and sound from the nearby bridge, which took away from the overall experience. The blackout curtains didn't fully close, which made it harder to get good sleep with a baby, and the balcony furniture felt minimal. Overall, this felt like fake luxury. The branding is there, but the experience doesn't match. Not worth the price and we would not stay here again.
