He took the time on the phone to speak to me before he even had my business. Before scheduling, it was very easy to submit a request online and he got back to me right away. During the time of the inspection he was very nice and showed my fiancée the suggestions he found. He took his time and was very thorough. The report was sent right away and is all online in a portal. It was super user friendly and laid out nicely. During my home inspection the inspector looked at every nook and cranny of my home. They went above and beyond with answering all and any questions that my wife and I had. The following evening I received a copy of the inspection report. It looked like a novel!! That's how thorough the inspection was. Only three major issues were discovered. The rest of the report was all minor. That's how thorough these gentleman were. Basically giving me a "honey do list". Perfect!! We also had the home tested for radon and water from well tested.
