Upon arrival, the facility did not initially appear to be a professional business location. The parking arrangement and exterior setup were confusing and made it difficult to determine where I was supposed to go. Once inside the building, I found the lobby and common areas to be noticeably unclean and in need of maintenance. The overall condition of the property did not create a professional impression. The building layout was also confusing. The signage referenced both Suite 1 and Suite 100, and the business appeared to occupy space on multiple levels. After reading the instructions posted on the door, I called the number listed as directed. It was only about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. The representative instructed me to wait in my vehicle and then meet him at the entrance. I misunderstood those instructions, as I assumed that by the time I walked back to my vehicle and returned to the door, my appointment time would have arrived. As a result, I remained near the entrance rather than returning to my car. When the representative arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt rather than simply clarifying the process. While I recognize the confusion was unintentional, the interaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Once inside the office, my concerns about the professionalism of the location continued. There were no other employees present, the office itself appeared unclean, and communication throughout the appointment was minimal. Additionally, the representative's pants zipper was unfastened during the interaction, which was awkward and further contributed to what already felt like an unprofessional environment. Taken together, the condition of the office, the lack of professionalism, and the overall interaction did not inspire confidence in the services being provided. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below what I would expect from a vendor providing fingerprinting services. Between the confusing location, the condition of the building, the poor customer interaction, and the overall lack of professionalism, I would not return to this location and would neverrecommend it to others.

This was back in April.....it is now July. I knew I should've passed this place on by when I attempted to come here the first time.....I ended up waiting inside the shop for like a good 10 minutes and the place was totally empty! No one came out to greet me or anything...I ended up leaving and went to another shop....had a weird vibe from that place and decided to give this place another try. Big mistake. I was told there was an issue with my logo files (which is why the tablecloth didn't come out right the first time, which is why he promised me a replacement), and he told me he would see if his graphic designer could fix it (before he attempted to print the second tablecloth). He said he would get back to me, let me know how much she charges and we can go from there. Ok fine. Some weeks go by and I emailed him trying to see what was up with my logo and if it could be fixed. He said she couldn't fix it, but he was gonna have someone else take a look at it. At that point (because so much time had gone by), I told him if the tablecloth can't be done with the files I gave him, then I'd be ok with having some other work done that would equal the amount I already paid, or I'd simply take a refund. Another week or so goes by before he responds back and all he said was he'd give me a call once he got back in the office. That never happened. At that point, I was DONE. I called my bank, filed a claim, and cut off any more communication with him. He tried to call me when I'm sure he seen that chargeback on his account, but I refused to answer the phone because there was absolutely nothing else to talk about. I'm so over these businesses with crappy customer service! Now I'm stuck with a tablecloth I can't use and I ended up having to pay someone else to make me a tablecloth. Please read the reviews about this business before you give them your money! It's a shame that it's not even the quality of the work that makes this place bogus.....it's the way issues are being handled that's gonna drive the customers away. I'm sure in her mind I was taking advantage of her when I could have hired Jason Bernstein, but at least I saved his information. Jason showed up on Sunday after she blew off our Thursday appt and Jason was patient and appreciative and professional and drove from Ravenswood and charged me $65, and I offered her $60, And she agreed. So she cost me time and inconvenience and aggravation and her name of business should be broken promise. Wow what a name for a business. Promise Notary Studio. By the time you read this review she might have it changed to something else. Grow up. Bad attitude. You could Have had a positive review to establish your self as professional and reliable. But you're not professional or reliable. And not ambitious.
