This is my go to UPS store always. I have never had a bad experience. The employees are polite and focused on taking care of the business.

I am so ad I went to me neighborhood store for services!!!! I returned my AT and T box to this location back in June of 2024. Don was the store employee that helped me. After checking my bills in October I relieved that they had continued to charge me for the boxes. After calling visiting the store in HOMEWOOD which didn't help me. AT and T customer service department didn't help. they acted like I had sole the boxes!!! I got my serial number from AT and T and which back up to UPS where I had returned the boxes. Don the same employee remembered me because I come there all the time to do my returns. Call AT and T and go them to take the boxes off my account and credit me back the money I had been over charged!!! He went over and beyond to give me great service!!! He does smile a lot, but he's great at his job!!!! read more

I go to this UPS very often. The employees are not the greatest in courtesy but they're not rude. I have never had a negative experience here. Actually they have been instrumental in helping me to be more savvy in my transactions as they would walk me through how to do things that I didn't know. read more

This has got to be the worst UPS STORE EVER, 1. They never answer the phone 2. Everyone there has an attitude 3. Whenever my package says it's delivered to that store, and you go there they say it's never there 4. Go to Harvey location and they tell you it's at south holland You return to south holland and they find it thrown in the back on floor where they just throw the boxes like it's garbage 5. They are HORRIBLE!!! I was trying to return a very large / heavy box to Amazon. UPS accepted the return and gave me a receipt. The next day the large box showed up on my doorstep (box had been crushed and thrown around because there were broken pieces inside). I called the Store Manager and he denied it happened DESPITE my receipt (proof of dropping off the package). It was their error but the way the manager handled it was poor. This store is useless. The young lady at the counter was very rude and nasty. This is the first time I ever dealt with her. I would not recommend anyone to this location. The tall young man has always been cordial. I went here to return an Amazon order and was told in the instructions for returning I didn't need to package the item just bring it into the UPS store. When I gave the box to the cashier she asked me for a dollar to retape the item. UPS and Amazon obviously have some agreement about returns that doesn't include charging customers for packaging on Amazon returns. read more

Really disturbs me when I walk into a business and not be acknowledged, then when asked, I state I'm just dropping off my package, followed by "I'll tape it this time, but that's normally $1." Thank you for saving me a buck, but from a service standpoint, that $1 for tape should be a cost of business if you're here to earn other business services from me. Let me share FEDEX in comparison... Everyone who walks in is greeted and welcomed. They literally use my name - EVERYONE. Secondly, they attend to all associates right away, otherwise, they acknowledge them and let the customer know they will help them right away. This location is a joke. They closed earlier than the advertised hours and wouldn't even accept a package from their own UPS driver. LAZY!

Don't use as UPS access point. They won't accept your package and it gets sent back to shipper. Or if they do accept it and you are notified it was delivered and go inside to ask for it, they are rude and upset that you are trying to pick up your package. Have tried on and off to use this location and generally always an issue. Or, the best on, tracking says it has been delivered and they have sent it back to the hub and not updated the tracking info! read more

I live in university park, I got off work and had received a package from Amazon that I wanted to return, and instructions were to take it to ups! There was not a ups store closer that was open but the one in south Holland, I arrived 6 min before the store close at 7pm but the door was locked already, a tall young man let me in, the young lady that was working with him commented to him "You're too nice" " write your name down" I then asked don't the store close at 7? The other young man must've have been in training, he appeared calm and pleasant, and bossed by the girl! I couldn't get a signal on my phone, so she suggested I go to the window which wasn't working, the tall young man eased my package to me and said they had to go! Where did customer service go? God is Good, I NEVER write reviews until today it was totally worth it. A package was sent from Iowa to this location and my son didnt know there would be a charge. It was $15 and I did not have it. I was returning a shirt for his Prom that I had the wrong size. I was so devastated and frustrated but Louis the manager and Khayla an employee were very nice and professional, I was in tears but they allowed me to get this shirt for my son. I was sent here to return AT&T UVerse equipment. Went to the UPS customer center in Harvey and they informed me that I needed to go to the UPS store and the nearest one closed at 7pm. Arrived to the store at 636pm. There was one customer being serviced and 2 other employees doing nothing. After I started filling out the form I was then told that they stopped processing Uverse orders at 630pm. Needless to say, I am upset that I made two blank trips in traffic. The 2 gentleman in the store was a great help to me on today. I attempted to return some Comcast Business Phones to Comcast and they refused them! You read that correctly. I was told they didn't accept Comcast Business phones there and I needed to find the nearest UPS and return it there. She sent me to the UPS Center that was a mile down the road. I get to the UPS Customer Center and they didn't accept the package either. I was instructed to go to the nearest UPS Store..... I get to the UPS store and I was told that they didn't accept the phones either and he did not know why Comcast wouldn't take the items at their location. He was just as frustrated as I was but maintained his calm and composure. I stayed in the store and attempted to get Comcast on the line. Meanwhile, another gentleman who worked in the store attempted to call UPS Customer Resolution, hoping to get answers. He was able to get someone on the phone and answers before I did. Turns out that 2 days prior, the UPS store's did start processing Comcast Business devices but that particular store had not received the notice nor the protocols to accept the returns. I'm very grateful that they both went the extra mile to be make sure I was taken care of and had an answer before I left the store. Trust me, carrying that 10+ pound box in and out of the car into each building was wearing on me!!!! Thanks guys! read more
