Zero Stars, negative stars!!! "installed " Appliances at my home. Ornery man runs the place and just wants to get in and out as fast as possible. Did a sloppy job, I had to clean up after them. they left with the paperwork for my appliance and there's no way to get it except on line. Left one appliance not functioning and definitely no assistance from them in making things right. The person with me said "wow, those guys are a holes" after they left. So bad, unprofessional and rude. They install as a contractor, probably the cheapest one and you have no choice but to be at their mercy!! The owner clearly did not care about customer service, leaving that to his minions, poor souls. read more

If only I could give a negative star. This company had two very unfit men deliver my Samsung stove today. In the process of removing my old stove they put a huge dent in my floor as the two of them are bickering back in forth, cussing. Just absolute no respect for other peoples property. I called the business and spoke with Bernadine who calls them on the phone to speak with them & in the end this worker & company says they didn't damage my floor, essentially saying I'm a liar. He then proceeds to say do even want us to finish. Quite frankly no, I told them to leave my house. So, don't ever use this business willingly. Awful! read more

Professional, personable, obviously have years of experience and it shows. Also, the office side of the business was terrific on keeping us posted. The installation man showed up without any tools to do the installation??? We had to supply a hammer, electrical tape, paper towels, hose clamps!!!! The two men sent to my home left a filthy mess on the floors and stairs. Not one bit of covid cleaning protocol was followed. Shout out to "Mikes Delivery Service" from North Haven, CT. I recommend this delivery company to anyone who's looking for that 1700's delivery service experience. They might only be 47 miles away, but with all the delays and multiple failed scheduled deliveries, you'll feel like its centuries ago and your item is being shipped from Europe on a wooden sailboat. At over 3x the shipping speed (seriously) of "Mikes backyard Delivery Service", The Pony Express would be a better option if time is a factor. When I die I'd like Mikes Delivery Service to lower me into my grave so they can let me down one last time. read more

I ordered 4 tables for work, which came in 7 boxes because they need to be assembled. I assumed that a delivery & moving company would at least bring the items into the building, but when I asked if they would help I got a blank stare. Only after starting to lift the items myself (with some struggling), did the two guys help move the boxes inside. The boxes arrived bent and mangled, but thankfully the items in the box weren't effected. The two guys left the pallet outside the door with the plastic wrap and other packing materials and didn't clear any of it away. There was a rusted nail sticking out of one of the boards, which could have caused an issue. Since the company from which I ordered the tables chose the delivery company, I had no say in the matter. Given the choice, however, I wouldn't choose this company myself. The only nice thing I can say is that the owner, Michael, was nice and put my order on the schedule sooner than he was able. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. An appliance company suggested I call them to install two hood fans and lighting over a bathroom sink. TWICE they stood us up as we waited morning and afternoon. You would think they would have the professional courtesy to call and tell us they couldn't make it that day. The only way to describe this company is they are a Dollar Short and a Day Late. Lousy service. Delivered and installed a dishwasher for us. Delivery guy gouged my door frame with hand truck when leaving. Didn't acknowledge. Then to top it off, the installation leaked on both ends (at supply faucet, and at bottom of appliance). Tried to reach them by phone....left 3 messages. No one called back. Decided could not wait any longer as everything was getting wet. Fixed it myself. 3 days later Mike (owner) called back. Told him I fixed it. He barely apologized said he would "talk to his guys"....blah...blah. I suggested he compensate me for parts I bought and for my trouble (1/2 day of my time running around to hardware store, fixing etc). I suggested $50. Probably should have suggested more....my bad. Anyhow he agreed to send me check. 2 week's later guess what? No check. Big surprise right? I called again another Mike said he would look into it because "he doesn't offer money....must have been the owner". Weird response, but ok, par for the course with this company I guess? Finally a week later a check for $50 shows up in envelope. Bottom line, this company is unprofessional....don't use them if you know what's good for you. read more

Worst delivery company ever! I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy and this is the delivery company they use. Needless to say I will never order from Best Buy again! I am still waiting to hear from them! No call saying they are going to be late! already hours past their delivery window and still not sure if they are even coming today! Very unprofessional! Cannot leave a message as the mailbox is full! I called Best Buy and they can't seem to find them either! What a joke!!!!!! read more
