I called because my fridge wasn't keeping cold as it should. There was a bad relay that was replaced and then I waited 25 hours to see if temp would go down. It didn't so Randy came back. Meanwhile while emptying out the spoiled food, I noticed an ice buildup. Randy removed the ice and noticed a plug had come apart. That did it! Within hours I had ice again. No charge for 2nd visit. Henry came, told me what telair was required and gave me a date he would be back with the part to repair it. That day came one person showed up, the other one was stuck in traffic so they rescheduled for the following day which was the day before Thanksgiving. That day came nobody showed up at my house and neither of my messages sent to him were responded to, leaving me stranded with them knowing that I was hosting Thanksgiving with 13 people the following day. Our washing machine hadn't been properly functioning for close to 2 years, which is a long time to deal with a barely functioning spin cycle. So, my family finally broke down and called an appliance repair place. My stepdad always checks the BBB to see who's got good ratings and since Henry's has an A+ rating, we chose them. Apparently the owners are a couple of brothers and one of the brothers, named Todd I believe, showed up and within an hour, he fixed the clutch (Who knew washing machines had clutches too?!) and our washing machine was in the best working order ever, only for $159 and change. I would recommend going elsewhere. In the beginning of March I paid them the $85 for the service call to come take a look at my washer, they said they'd order the part and it'd be there the following Monday. I texted him on Wednesday the 17th to ask if he had an idea on the timeline and he said he was still waiting on the part, which was fine. I asked again March 29th, three weeks after the initial meeting, two weeks after he said the part would be there, and he said, "let me check when I get home" and then didn't get back to me. I checked in again Wednesday April 7th and he told me to just buy a used washer. I would have to assume that this company just scams customers by charging for the service call with no intentions of coming back to do any work. I waited for an entire month without a working washer because this person led me to believe they were coming to fix it, when in reality that was never the case. They essentially stole $85 from me and wasted a month of my time, so I would highly recommend checking out other options read more
