Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her. However, I bought a nice classic car for a tidy sum from one of the brothers and the engine was supposed to have been rebuilt around 100 miles prior to me buying the car. When I asked for receipts, he didn't have any. I test drove it and it ended up with a severe oil leak from the timing chain cover. Once he fixed the oil leak I test drove it again and bought it. On my way home to Florence, it started running really rough and I nursed it to my garage and let him know what happened. I ruled out all the easy stuff and found out it had tapered plugs instead of the old school flat washer plugs then I decided to check compression and cyl-4 didn't have any. On 3 separate conversations he said I could bring it back and he'd refund the money. Stand-up guy, right? I thought so too. Then when I was ready to trailer it back, he went back on his word. Needless to say, if he is a reflection of the companies integrity then they're integrity is in question and I would be very careful. He talked a good game but went back on his word. Eventually he offered a little money to have the engine rebuilt again which I accepted. Too little, too late.

He was a pleasure to work with and I gained great confidence based on those interactions. After measurements, he gave us great options to meet our needs and worked with us on scheduling the project. The install crew, led by Corey did a wonderful job both with the carpet and the luxury vinyl planking. Corey was very communicative throughout the project, and his crew was professional and (clearly) a great bunch of guys. Ryan was quick to respond and showed up and did all the measurements/etc. Gave me a real nice email explaining the quote and process. As well as everything we spoke about during the analysis. He also responded with follow up calls and making sure I understood everything. I called a few other carpet companies and they were good and courteous and what not. Everyone was right around the same price. Got samples from most. We ended going with SFC, as I felt that was a better choice even with the poor reviews. We went. Paid half down. Got a day carpet should arrive. It came early. Scheduled the install. Ryan and team showed up right on time and the installers killed it. Raul is the lead installer and both his crew were remarkable. Quick, Concise, and a very amazing work ethic. Thanks for the great experience and knocking it out of the park. It's hard to find honest businesses in this day and age. Highly recommended!!!

He measured the carpet wrong, had the installers come on the wrong date, and would NEVER communicate. I never received any paperwork i.e., receipts, warranty's, etc.. I can understand mistakes, but not communicating and trying to make things as right as possible as quickly as possible is not acceptable in this day and age. The installers did a great job...

He was quick to hone in on our price point and we were given a quote on the spot. He ordered the carpet and worked around our schedule to get the installers to remove and install the carpet. It was a very easy process and looks great. I would say it's not a bargain (only slightly less than the competition) but looks fabulous and was a very easy process. You get what you pay for and I think we got a great looking carpet at a fair price with minimal hassle.
