He charged some of us $400 dollars to replace 2 valves and charged others $280 for the same repair. He didn't even replace the entire valve, only the top part that was easy to replace. When confronted with why he charged some people more for the same work, he said "well they just got lucky". He also told us he guaranteed his work 100%, but when replacing the valves didn't solve the problem he did not offer to look into any other repair. We were fortunate to find an honest person who found the actual problem, made the repair for $60 and its fixed! I don't normally do reviews but in this instance, I don't want any other senior citizens to be taken advantage of.

He did not show up on the appointed day. When I talked with him, he said he could come the next day, but late. So, we set another day, the following Monday. I sent him a message on that occasion to remind/confirm our new appointment. Again, he did not show up. He didn't answer his phone or respond to the two voice messages I left. This firm is unreliable. I'd suggest not doing business with him.

Then he showed up a few days later, packed up branches but left tree stumps and asked for payment, swearing his wood guy would be there later that day. Never showed up, and went weeks without answering and finally said he wasn't coming, leaving me with the left over tree stumps sitting on my sidewalk and driveway. Extremely dishonest. Never hire Chris or his crew for anything.
