The other guys were rude after the first couple calls but Mike stayed consistently nice and empathetic to our situation. He worked with us in a couple of different areas and helped me navigate the Reno jail/court system. He treated all of us respectfully and I didn't get that from some of the others we spoke too. Legitimately needed the service of a bail bondsman so I picked up the phone to see what we were working with. I gather they're all going to cost roughly the same so then it came down to service. Technically I got most of my questions answered but he kept looping the same dialogue vs listening and answering the question asked. And there were inconsistencies (collateral needed? Or just check stubs? - his answers waivered). I get that most people are hysterical / emotional (I was not - just data gathering) but it's a lost opportunity to be condescending or submissive to a potential paying customer when there's 20 more of the same business in a 1 mile radius. I used their service and at first it was great, then after my card got charged twice they totally dragged their feet to fix it. Still hasn't been fixed because I have to wait for her to come back from vacation. Not good for business! read more

Do NOT give these people your debit or CC number. I authorized a transaction LAST SUMMER to help a friend out. They have now fraudulently taken TWO 200.00 transactions from my bank acct. without permission. Called and they said they would "look into it". Canceled my card and am filing fraud charges as soon as the court house opens Monday. read more

This guy is horrible the rudest jerk ever I was giving him the spelling it starts with b he said I thought you said v i said no sorry he told me pay attention ,I then said sorry someone was saying something to me he said I got better shit to do then this then told the bail amount was enough for him to fuck with it and he had better shit to do,I then said me too and F you to. His customer service is terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if he is out of business with in 3 months or less ,I'm sure there will be many more reviews on how mean he is and rude and I added my comments after reading what the lady previous to my review had said ,maybe others will have something to say or be pre warned and he will no longer be in business as it should be. I don't do reviews but this company warrants one. they are the worse place to go through. they advertise on there site that they do financing and when I asked the gentleman about financing and tried to explain the situation he was rude and said they don't do financing there not a loan company and told me to call back in a couple days when I had the full amount. when I asked him what his name was so I could file a complaint with the company he informed me I had to call the owners for his name. I then informed him I wouldn't be calling him in a couple days cause of the way he treated me and he said "then you can go **** yourself" Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY they advertise falsely and will treat you like your the criminal when your going through a hard enough time. read more

I NEVER DO REVIEWS but felt it warrants ( haha) one so,...After calling and speaking with a handful of bail bond companies I can't believe only 2 out of 7 were pleasant.
