The proprietor is friendly, fair and efficient! The business itself is a little hard to find but definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

The repair work was reasonably priced and perfectly done. The display cases are tastefully a raid and full of absolutely astounding pieces in many different pricing ranges I would be delighted to spend more money there in the future The staff was very kind to myself and my daughters when we went to pick it up overall an absolutely wonderful experience.

I didn't realize there was this store here that is fairly close to my house which is nice. I stopped in and they only charged me $40 I think or $45 to tighten the ring. They were very nice. Unfortunately the ring got loose again, but they tightened it again without any charge which was very nice of them. When they were tightening my ring I was walking around and looking at the other items they had and they looked very nice. A variety of different jewels and stones available. I noticed some black onyx and Tahitian pearls which are my other two favorite stones other than diamonds. I should've asked if they have lab grown diamonds, but I didn't think to ask. The gentlemen was asking what kind of stone my ring was in the center because he's never seen such a color for a diamond and I told him it was a fancy blue diamond. He said that he's never seen that color before. Definitely recommend them for jewelry and other services they provide.

The ring was purchased in a different city but from a Kays. That first day set the tone for our continued business at this Kays location. About a month ago we were in looking at watches and my girlfriend picked one out that she liked. The young lady that works there asked us if we would like to put it on our wish list in our account. We said yes not thinking much of it. I decided to purchase the watch for my girlfriend for Valentines Day but couldn't remember which model it was that she liked. I walked in the store today (2/4) to purchase the watch. The wish list on our account was so helpful to me, I was able to get exactly what she wanted. The customer service in this store is exceptional and I really appreciate their help. I would recommend this Kay Jewelers location to anyone!

Never buy anything from them if they basically scammed me for $15 bucks
