While waiting for my friend who had a eye appointment I took my puppy to Mike's Grande Burgers because they are pet friendly (outdoors ) and inside as well if it's a small dog. My dog and I sat inside by the bar area. He is so well behaved! It was Taco Tuesday ( Score! ) So I got 4 tacos. It comes with pico de gallo. Although I only had one taco it was really good! Very Wallet friendly! Full bar as well. Love that they brought back their complimentary peanuts! It's a fun yet relaxing atmosphere! Great place to unwind! This place was recommended to us after we tried Wahlburger (worst burger on the planet). Once you walk in for the first time, you have to stop and look around. You walk into the bar area first. There are TV's, and many tables and chairs. As you continue, looking up, you see lots of decorations and neat things all around. There are large wood posts holding up large wooden beams overhead. The floor is a rustic mix of old bricks and concrete. You keep winding your way through tables and columns and you finally find the counter where you order. There is a big selection of burgers, and tacos, and other sides. We ordered the avocado burger with fries. They also gave us a little cup to try their chili. The burger was very good, the fries were bery good, and the chili was very good. The staff were all friendly and good too. It didn't take too long to get our order. Prices are on par with the economy. Not expensive and not cheap. The price is worth the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the food and will come back. I love their food. Get it at leastn once a week. Mostmofmthe time "To ,Go". These guys have a great n business going, so I do not know if they feel, they need to change anything. But, honestly, when you morderm 30m or 40 dollars worth of food. And you walk out with na bag that is full of greasy paper wrapped around something tht you have to unpeel to see what it is. I've been going to Grande Burger for years and always try to eat here when I'm back in town. I've never eaten anything there that I didn't enjoy, my personal favorites being the tacos and the patty melt, which is what we ordered this visit. Taco Tuesday was always one of my favorite times because you could get their classic tacos, which are delicious, for the reduced price. However you can order them any day of the week and just pay the normal price, which is what I did! You get two of them in an order. They were just as good as always! We also ordered the patty melt with onion rings. The portion is huge so you can expect to have leftovers for later! The patty melt has always been one of my favorites, and the onion rings are great, with the light and flaky crust. On this visit we sat near the bar to order a couple drinks with our meal. The bartender came with menus for the food but here is my suggestion: provide drink menus. When I asked if they had any hard ciders, she said no, and offered no suggestions. So here I am with no drink menu and no idea what to get, so I just ended up ordering whatever beer my husband got. A drink menu would be very helpful. The seating is spacious, there's two large areas to choose from. If you're in town and have never tried Grande Burger head on in! There's tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burgers, loaded fries and much more! Something for everyone! read more

Had a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Large Iced Tea. The burger was incredible. Not as much bacon as I would like but the flavor was incredible. Appeared to have some type of home made mustard sauce which was awesome. While I was waiting for my 'To Go' order, they offered me a sample of their Chili. It was the BEST I've ever tasted and made me want to go home and make a better one. Which of course I didn't, but it was a truly inspiring flavor and texture. The ambiance and furnishings were nice and if I hadn't needed to go back to work, (thus the 'To Go'), I would have hung out for a little while. If you're ever in Oroville, this is the place to eat a burger. read more

Love their fish and chips. They give you so much you can't eat it all. They have Karaoke instead of Jam Sessions now. I don't drink, they used to charge me for one juice only. I highly recommend Mike's Grande Burger to anyone. Help is very helpful and considerate because I am in a wheelchair. Mike is amazing person to know. I take my folks to Mikes when they're here, we love the atmosphere, the patio so they can bring the dog and the food! we went today and my mom was in a wheelchair, they went above and beyond, we were able to order our food and drinks from the table, they brought it out to us, and were so friendly! ( usually you order at the counter or bar) I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the tacos , they were the best tacos I've ever had in any restaurant! Good food and cold beer! This should be it but parking can be tricky with he pizza joint next door. Overall good experience out barkeep was attentive and nice. Karen was rude last time I was there. Not really busy. I placed an online order while there since nobody was ever at the counter. Ridiculously priced for what I got. After 35 minutes and my burger and fries not being ready, I approached the counter again and Karen found my tab and proceeded to say it's taking so long because it was an online order and seemed frustrated that I asked. Not the best service, prices out the roof, and personality plus is not their specialty. Everyone loves a "Karen." Not to mention google says they close at 9p. Weekends, closing time is 4pm. Ordered a mushroom burger today for lunch. Absolutely the worst hamburger I have ever had in Oroville! It had a terrible taste, too much smoke taste. The mushrooms tasted old.
