Cons: communication at pickup was lacking. No after restoration report to let me know what was adjusted. Cannot tell what was serviced or restored. There doesn't appear to be more than a cursory wipe down of an instrument that hasn't been played for more than 25 yrs. Corks and pads are all the same as brought in, with no discernible work done or replacements. $210 for someone to wipe down the instrument poorly and oil valves? When asking to purchase cork grease upon pickup, was denied and told it was only for rentals despite more than $400 of business between resto and additional purchases. Options are quite limited locally, it's pretty much the only music shop in town for woodwinds and brass, but would recommend shopping around if you have the opportunity. Your mileage may vary. Happy to discuss my experience with management and revise.
