This restaurant is located in a small strip mall with an adequate amount of parking available. They have a wide range of food available including fish, tenders, quesadillas, and of course wings. There are a large selection of flavors for your wings to choose from. The restaurant has a decent sized dining area and it was very clean. They had soul music playing throughout the dining area. The restaurant was scheduled to close at 8PM during my visit, but I found out they were closing 30 minutes early for some reason, so I had to hurry. I got the 10 piece wing meal (5 honey hot/5 jerk), which came with seasoned fries. It came with some red Kool-Aid to wash it all down. I placed my order online and it was ready when I got there, 15 minutes later. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The fries were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The wings were decent sized and scrumptious. They had a very nice coverage of sauce. They did not skimp on it at all. This is a husband and wife run business and they were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely DELICIOUS wings and fries. This was my first time trying Mikes Hot Wings and they are hands down the best wings I've tried in all of Memphis and probably throughout America in general. My husband used to eat here before and loved them too. Everything was fresh, juicy, flavorful. Buffalo wings and honey gold wings were amazing. We will only be getting wings from here from now on. This is a great wing spot in the Germantown area and near Collierville. The wings were large and flavorful. We ordered honey hot, Blazzin hot, and honey hot. We ordered over the phone and the food was ready within 20 minutes. Just to note, we ordered around 3 pm so I am not sure if that is the average wait time during their peak hours. Not bad but not great either. I shared them with a friend and she concurred with this assessment. I felt that they were not cooked long enough since they were difficult to pull off of the bone. I hoped they would impress me more since the staff were super nice but sadly I was not impressed. Sometimes you get a taste for wings and you want them to be good. My wife is having a 2.5 hour surgery at 11am so I fasted with her and then came over to try this place since it was across the street. And damn if I'm not glad this place was so close and got me to try it out for the first time. I'm a wing guy and a little snobby about it, lol. And this place is LEGIT amazing. I liked everything about the lunch experience: sports on TVs, football environment, GREAT music, and most importantly the wings are HUGE and tasty as can be. I got the Honey Hot and it was some of the best Honey Hot I've had to date. The only place in town that has better Honey Hot sauce is closed permanently.
