Food was average. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. I thought the tenders were tough and the fries appeared to be warmed up or refried. This wasn't a bad meal but it could have been better. Along the lines of popular wing places in the city, Wing Guru falls into the category. From a dining standpoint, Wing Guru can be overwhelmingly overpriced for a meal for 1 and/or 2. And additional items like celery and carrots are an extra charge. I've noticed that every location has pretty steady traffic and there's usually an extended wait to receive your food. But, there's always the option to call in your order ahead of time. The one pro from the extended wait time is that the wings are always cooked fresh. Out of all the flavors, my go to flavor is the "Triple J." This flavor is a Honey gold based flavor topped with a house seasoning and a popular 901 seasoning. This flavor is a must try! read more

When I walked into the Wing Guru store the woman behind the register was on a phone interview to get another job because "she needed to get out of this restaurant". She had a Bluetooth earpiece in her ear and never greeted or said anything to me. The restaurant was empty and a little messy. I waited about 5-7 minutes at the counter while listening to the woman's phone interview (who let the other person know that she "was an assistant manager). I left the store. I ordered through door dash tonight and I was Super disappointed in the quality of wings. I ordered a 20 pc party wing for my son and husband. The size for the insane price they charge is ridiculous. Wing Guru was good. I LOVE their seasonings. The wings were good and the fries were too but the price.... $$$$$. For what you pay, there are far better wings to be had in Memphis, Tn. Again, they weren't bad wings at all, they were "good" but they weren't excellent and I was charged for "excellent" wings. Pro Tip: Buy the original seasoning and cook your own favorite chicken wings or chicken meals. My youngest was trying to explain how she was the lemonade button accidentally got tapped due to lemonade that is a two in one water with the lemonade. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Long story short I ordered 150 wings for a Super Bowl party 5 days in advance to pickup at 4:30(I had to pay in advance which is fine). Well I get there at 4:25 to pickup and go check in and they say it'll be just a minute. Well after multiple Uber eats and door dash orders continue to roll in the entire time I waited(over 1 hour) they continue to fill those orders and not the multiple people that called in multiple days in advance. (Atleast 3-4 other people there waiting with me said they called in a couple days early too) I asked every 10 or so minutes where my order was. They kept saying "yours is up next" or "they're bagging it now" and still nothing. Finally at 5:35 I got my order. I had 25+ people waiting at my house for these wings. I wasn't there while everyone arrived, missed kickoff for the Super Bowl. I called the day after to try and speak with the manager, of course no one there was a manager so they took my name and number and said they'll call me back. Still haven't received that call. I won't go back. Obviously I knew they would be packed for the Super Bowl that's why I called in 5 days in advance. It's how they handled everything which is the big issue.
