After they finished installing them they left without asking if it looked okay. When I went out to check their work, it wasn't even 10% similar to how I had requested them to lay it out. I called the owner who requested the workers to come back. Once they did they were very annoyed and short with me on what it was I wanted. I drew out a picture of exactly how they were laid out the first time and they said they understood and would fix it. They then did ask me to check their work, which was still completely wrong and nothing like the picture. They asked what was wrong and I explained again while reviewing the picture yet again, then I went back in the house. They proceeded to pack up their tools and leave without fixing at all. I was still charged almost a thousand dollars for something that was never done correctly and I had to completely dig up and replant myself.

His office provides good estimates, though they can sometimes be less detailed than I like (we're working on that). The main thing is that the estimates are accurate. Upon inspection, he had left all of the bush stubs up to 6" long sticking up out of the ground, knowing full well this was for our pets. When we asked him to finish the job, he wanted an additional $400.00...I messaged him that I believed that he knew what was required and wanted the job to be completed at the agreed on price. I got NO reply. I would never hired him at $1000.00 for this small area. I would not recommend him to anyone. Bad quality work!
