The next week when the technition came to install it and was unsuccessful he left the equipment and an invoice that was much higher than the original quote. Five months later the technition came and picked up the useless equipment and Sound Source sent an invoice for labor! The equipment was never installed or used. I have contacted the BBB and will NEVER go back or reccomend Sound Source to anyone. To charge someone for an unsuccessful install after giving quote AND having the never used equipment returned doesn't even make sense! When I showed up, I believe the owner was rude and evassive when I asked him how long it would take to get the part number.
