Alex was receptive, professional, and thorough. The two additional high electrical outlets he installed in our toddler's bedroom are perfect. While Alex was creating an in-wall media channel for cable management in the living room, he came across an unexpected cross brace between studs that was attached at a 45 degree angle. He went above and beyond trying to get something to cut through it from the media entry point a foot higher. I felt awful. We worked together and got creative and I authorized a small hole in the sheetrock in order to get directly at the brace.
