The crew arrived on time each and every day. Travis got right in there and worked with his men. At no point was anyone standing around wasting time. No grumbling or complaining; these guys got right to work and kept going until quitting time. Someone arrived 4 days later to look at the jobs. 2 weeks later, I still had not received the proposal. I called and spoke to the office and they said they'd look for them, but that it takes 2-3 weeks to get a bid. I asked the person, how far out they are booking. She responded, it depends on how fast you get the contract back to them. The problem is I CAN'T EVEN GET THE PROPOSAL so how can I send a contract back to them? If you can't even get the estimate/contract to the client and have poor communication and customer service, why would I hire you to put on 2 new roofs? If you are too busy, just decline the work when the customer calls.
