Tyler Burgess was rude during the first interaction I had with him for my first vehicle. I asked for him to give me the quote again as I didn't receive the paper and he could not be bothered to do so. There was a fee to diagnose the issue but since they were the cheapest and the diagnostic fee went toward the repair I went ahead and had it repaired with them. The second time Tyler was decent. The third time I came in for another vehicle and the price had gone up on the diagnostic fee. He claimed that he always tells everyone the fee is $110. No sir, you did not. Zero work was done. $110 for what? He started getting an attitude about it and I reiterated that he did not tell me and the fee is higher than last time. As I am leaving he says to drive carefully. How? They took nearly all my money! I am a single mother on disability. They literally took the food out of our mouths. This all could have been prevented with a sign at the counter and a friendlier employee to apologize and I would not have wasted my time or money going when I did. If you are a single mother, disabled, or even just a human being, don't go there! I frequently post positive reviews for many companies but sadly, I cannot give one.
