Their generosity supported many birth -7 children's treasure box creations, repurposed from beautiful, sturdy wooden cigar boxes, that reinforced behavior charts and token systems, subsequently increasing positive behaviors that increase quality of lives. Repurposed cigar boxes also were perfect for creating at home sensory bins, supporting sensory integration. I recently connected with them again for some materials for my business, Boho Mama Sage & Soul, and once again, their generosity and professionalism blew me away. Come here every Thursday I can for Pipe Club afternoon. We sit in one of the lounge areas and discuss pipes, tobacco, and current events, in a friendly and unpretentious manner. The furniture is well broken in and pretty comfy, and Sal is a pleasant and helpful Manager/ Owner. This place has a huge stock of great pipe tobaccos from around the world, as well as pipes of all sorts and cigars! Some really cool ashtrays and lighters as well. Cooler case has a good variety of beverages. Sooo, cool, divey, downtown cigar and pipe shop. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, everything you need to get away from it all for a few hours. Their daughter behind the counter will put most guys to shame with her mastery of tobacco, but without making you feel like less of a man when doing so. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her I'd like to have something not extremely bold, and easy to smoke. She suggested an Ashton (brand) cigar, which was perfect. They also have a decent selection of jarred tobaccos from Cornell & Diehl & Sutliff among others. I Will never return to this place due to the customer service. I've been going here almost 2 years now. The first time I have a problem, they are unwilling to take care of it. This is a $15 cigar. One of my favorites. The cap, head, and shoulder broke apart and split as I punched the cap. Does it happen on occasion... yes...but it means its probably dry, old or simply flawed. All I wanted was a replacement, not a refund. I didn't and I don't blame them for the problem. I do ask for customer satisfaction. Selma, I think her name is, the owners wife refused to do anything about the issue. She told me she didn't roll it so it wasn't her problem! Really??!! I told her other cigar places offer to replace a flawed cigar such as this if you bring it back right away. She doesn't believe that. I've done it the past. Never had a problem. After spending a lot of money here over the last 2 years and then to experience this kind of poor customer service, I will never go back. It seemed to me that once they have your money, that's it. They don't truly care about the customer. I give it ZERO stars. It's only getting 1 star since yelp won't let me post without one. So the 1 star goes to Yelp. read more

What a great spot! I have been a pipe smoker for 30+ years and moved into the valley a couple of years ago. I tried a few other stores until I found Cigar Inn about a year ago. Now, I have my local shop! I try to stop by weekly to enjoy a pipe and pick up supplies. The owners operate the store personally and make you feel very at home. The store is very clean and well stocked with pipes, tobacco and cigars. Comfortable lounge chairs and a TV are there for our comfort. While waiting for a family members car to get washed I decided to pop in to the Cigar Inn just to get an idea of their selection. As soon as I walked in I was immediately asked for my ID. I had explained that I had forgotten to bring my wallet with me for the day, which is my fault entirely, she was quip to say "then you can't be in here." I explained that I was not looking to make a purchase today, but just wanted to see what they carried. In a rather disrespectful ton she insisted that me not wanting a purchase means I should not have come in at all and asked why then I wanted to check out their humidor. Worst experience with cigars I have had. I have been to many B&Ms and none of them have been so condescending. Terrible customer service and over all not the best atmosphere.
