I've lived in somewhat old buildings, which means roaches are able to find their way in from outside to run amuck in the house. So my hope in hiring LaJaunie's was to get treatments that would keep them from coming inside. My first year using LaJaunie's seemed effective enough, as each time someone came to spray they took the time to walk me through what they were doing and how it should help control roaches. However, experience using them in my second apartment has left a lot to be desired. Each time a serviceman comes to the house, they spend a total of 5 minutes treating the inside and maybe another 5 treating the outside. They also only come to the apartment once in three months, even though they're charging $30 each month for services. They do offer additional treatments if you call and tell them that you're having roach issues, but being billed monthly and having to request that they come out to do a 5-10 minute job leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. I will say that my first apartment was much larger so it may have felt that they were spending more time because they had more rooms to treat. Overall, if you're like me and just need pest control to keep roaches out, LaJaunie's services seem mediocre for the amount of money you pay. I can't speak for someone who needs pest control for infestations. I won't be renewing my contract with them and will probably just invest in roach traps that will definitely be cheaper, and maybe even more effective.

It was replaced with fresh bait, but I question if that was all they should do ? Doesn't an empty canister indicate termite activity ? My house is raised and underneath is easily accessed. Should not a visual inspection of under the house in the area of the empty canister been done ? I feel it should be done. Apparently LaJaunie's inspection procedures don't require actually looking for infestation. A visual inspection would have given them a GREAT rating instead of a 2. Guess I'll get under the house and do the visual inspection myself.

when the tough bugs is there they tell you there is nothing they have that will kill black…read more gnats and they walk away from the job. really they did not even call themselves they had the service spray man call to ... say the boss told him to walk away from it . not professionalist all . in that whole place there is no real scope to use to identify these bugs . little thing that the batteries and the scope i was not working 2 times and they used a flash light. the big boss in that office did not even have cards with his name and did not know squat ......... i felt so sorry for the service guy because he knew he saw the bugs but they did not give him enough to spray and he tried calling them . no one ever called him back he stayed here almost an hour looking around and waiting for the boss to call him ... he finally gave up made another appointment for us for friday but today he called us and told us what the boss said . chicken crepe place ! don't waste your money . if you have a tough bug problem they will walk away. someone has got to have something that kills black biting gnats........ but orkin does not ! we signed a contract with them but they are the ones who broke it if we would have wanted to break it i bet we could not have . tis was the only place that could identify these bugs but they can't help us to get rid of these things .martha and chester christensen
