Rynell was top notch from the beginning with service and professionalism! He came over and was very understanding and thorough with his assessment and explaining what he could do for me and what it would involve. I found his estimate to be lower or at least in line with the others, providing top of the line industry standards equipment, and of great value and his service and professionalism at or in several cases much better!. As this was full replacement and a very big expense, I needed to get it financed. I did talk to multiple contractors to get my estimates and had I been able to get financing to use him I would have chosen his company. Unfortunately, I was not and had to use another company. The financing its clearly not his decision and it is the only reason I needed to use another company. Overall 10/10 experience. Rynell's professionalism & integrity stood out immediately. My heater wasn't working properly & I requested services blindly through Yelp. Rynell contacted me within 10 min. or so after request and was at my residence shortly after. He really took time to listen & asked what I'd tried so far. The fix was simple. He gave me an honest assessment of the HVAC & heating system, offering options to correct as if talking to a friend or family member, no inflating costs or offering unneeded services. I called for an AC unit which was not operating properly. I did so with the usual expectation that I would get typical responses which include: wait a few days, vague time windows, high site visit fees, and speaking to multiple people before getting in touch with the person who was actually going to do the work. What I actually got was a prompt response, a one hour time window (which shifted to an hour later with ample warning and communication), a very reasonable fee quote, and actually getting to speak to the person who was going to do the work.
