After the insurance company got involved and a repair shop was chosen, Dallas somehow became the towing company and that towing charge ballooned to $1,300! From what I understand, all they did was tow it from the original towing company in Booneville to the Westside of Evansville. This is nothing but price gouging and profiteering from somebody's misfortune. Dallas has had a very bad reputation for decades and this is just another example. Avoid them like the plague!

The service tech who came out was friendly and helpful. The rate seemed pretty reasonable after checking with a few other providers. All in all, had a positive experience when I was in a pinch.
