READ THIS!! The Alternator went out in my car and i have been looking for a local mechanic that would help me install it for cheap. Looked for a couple of weeks until i realized i was just gonna have to pay the ticket to get it fixed. Even though most alternators are an easy fix and i feel like i could've figured it out myself i was running out of time & money. Buying Ubers and paying for rides ain't it. So i finally called a service that agreed to help fix my car, but first i had to get it to them. So i called Evansville towing/Tri-County Towing and Roadside help(Same ppl run both). They arrive quick and was cool as shit. They ask for my keys, and off they went. I called and got updates from both companies saying that my car was dropped of and they would update me on the progress. That was yesterday. Fast forward to this morning i get a call from the company that's supposed to be fixing my car saying that my car is locked and they can not get inside. Talking to them I'm starting to realize they made a mistake and was trying to cover their ass by blaming the towing company. So i reach bck out to the towing company to help figure out the auto shops problem. They remind me my car had no juice! They couldn't have been the reason it was locked. So I basically argued with the auto shop over the phone all day about solving a problem they caused. They kept telling me they didn't have the tools they needed to get in my car and wasn't going to pay anyone else to open it. So it seemed as if this this situation was only Headed in one direction. After i take a break from talking to them i get a call from the towing company saying they were in the vicinity of my car and if i still needed help they would take care of it. No charge! I was surprised, you don't see or hear about good deeds like this nowadays. Especially without expecting anything in return. They saved me money and stress. If I need a tow again, you bet your ass I'm calling Evansville towing or Tri-County Towing and Roadside help. Stuck with a problem they didn't have to. Stand up people! read more

Not only did he come fast (with his three children) he made a stressful situation so much easier. Son was hit by someone: got quote to get car towed home driver was AMAZING he came all the way to house told us options and then took car to his lot.
