The owner, Jon, picked up a battery, came out to my house, checked the old battery (to be sure it was dead), removed the old battery, installed the new battery, & started the car. I'm on disability and I was online trying to purchase a car that was an hour and a half away and I called Tally's and spoke with a gentleman. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he had great humor.
