They gave me all the tools to change out my battery. I brought it in. they researched it and gave me a new battery under warranty. I called to verify they had it, asked what time they closed and I was told 8pm and I headed down there from my job in Ft Lauderdale. When I arrived around 6:30 the office was closed but I was able to talk to the attendant through the door and that's when I learned that they closed at 5:30. I explained what happened and that I would leave a deposit for the part and the attendant let me in, looked up the part and had one of the guys (Maestro) bring the latch for me in a few minutes. I really was expecting to have to go back the next day but was pleasantly surprised. Someone who may have been a manager/owner even apologized for the confusion and I said I was just grateful they helped me on the spot so no apology was needed. A great experience to be sure! Nice to see enough help so there was no waiting. Shelves were neat and full. Came to purchase windshield wipers. They showed me my options and helped me pick the right ones for my car. They gave me a military discount and even without prompting, they installed my wipers without extra cost. There was another customer outside struggling to put on his wipers on his truck and they went over and helped him too. This is old school extra customer and they have made me a new customer!
