They gave me all the tools to change out my battery. I brought it in. they researched it and gave me a new battery under warranty. I called to verify they had it, asked what time they closed and I was told 8pm and I headed down there from my job in Ft Lauderdale. When I arrived around 6:30 the office was closed but I was able to talk to the attendant through the door and that's when I learned that they closed at 5:30. I explained what happened and that I would leave a deposit for the part and the attendant let me in, looked up the part and had one of the guys (Maestro) bring the latch for me in a few minutes. I really was expecting to have to go back the next day but was pleasantly surprised. Someone who may have been a manager/owner even apologized for the confusion and I said I was just grateful they helped me on the spot so no apology was needed. A great experience to be sure!
