I first heard about Mikey's Tires after visiting another franchise that couldn't help with a nail in my tire--they insisted I had to replace the entire tire for $350. One of the technicians there mentioned he goes to Mikey's Tires, so I decided to check them out. Not only did they remove the nail, but when they saw it wasn't leaking, they didn't even charge me. More recently, I had to get a tire replaced, and they did it at an unbeatable price in about five minutes. The team at Mikey's is super friendly, professional, and they really know their stuff. Went in for a tire change, one of the mechanics didn't put back any of my lug nuts, so while driving my tire almost fell off, i pulled over and had to call a tow truck to take my car back to the shop (tow truck charged me $125) and when I got back, the owners first response was "to be honest, I don't even remember you coming"... all he wanted to do was give me $100 back and plead sorry... still charged me for the tire btw. I went to this tire shop for a leaking tire apparently it had a nail in it. The shop staff were so nice, polite and helpful. The puncture repair was done quietly and quickly without any other services being offered or such. I was so happy I gave them double of what they asked for. The other shops I went to like Pep Boys and Big Brand both on Manchester/La Tijera corner were not able to help. One said the tire repair patches are out/technician not in and the other offered to replace the tire. Go figure.
