Thank YOUUUU, James! Because of him and this location this spot came in super clutch. Long story short, I got to work and when I got out around noon... i approached my car to a completely flat tire. Triple A came through to help me with the spare and I made it to BayTires. Greeted by James he helped me pick the tire that was right for me. I was a little disappointed that I had to get a whole new tire since I had jus replaced all 4, but I was grateful for what this place had in stock. I decided to go with a Pirelli, used, but with 90% life left. Cost: 180$ I know it's a bit much... but it was better than pep boys down the street quoting me 300$ for a brand new one that wouldn't get in till next week. Had an incident where a tire of mine blew. I was quoted $180 for a USED tire. I am highly against putting used tires on my car, but when you're in desperate need, you have to do what you can. Luckily, I went to a shop down the street. About 80% tread left, run flat, for literally a third of the price. Worst tire shop ever. Went in to remove a nail and waited 30 minutes. A worker with long hair tried to help me. Another car came in and he helped them first before me after I came first and waited 30 minutes. I took my Tesla Model 3 and he jacked up the car and ask for me to remove the plastic cover. I didn't have any tools but you can simply just pull it out. Also the nail was in the other side and he could easily pull it out. He got mad at me then decline my service and pull down his jack. Pulled up to get tire repaired. Ladies please don't come alone unless you know about cars. Was told they couldn't fix a hole in my tire so I would need a new one for $120 ...for a used run flat. Almost did it but something told me to wait for my bf. I arrived just fine but as I was leaving my OTHER tire got a mail in it all of a sudden so now I'm there with two flats. I call my bf then miraculously my tire was able to get patched up for $30. Pricey. Ended up elsewhere and not only did they patch my tire for $12 they said I had about 12 months left! Called to ask about some tires and James picked up immediately and said to stop by. He did everything quickly and efficiently. The tires I had were rubbing on the lining and diagnosed the issue (missing screw) and now no more rubbing (with the help of a zip tie he provided to me until I get a new screw). He also gave me a valve cap for one of my tires since it was missing one. He's very knowledgeable, quick, and funny. i was in a huge mess as I just ran over a nail in my garage at 5pm snd everywhere was closed. costco was saying they can only replace it and only by tomorrow. i found baytires had great reviews on yelp I drove over to this alley and it took a while to find the sign. I just yelled "hello" into the building and a guy yelled for Dennis. Dennis was deep in a room surrounded by tires. He had me drive up to the door, he jacked it up himself, got the tire off, found the nail, and patched it up in 15-20 min. he told me it was a permanent fix and he used the good patch stuff. cost 30 bucks, he was a lifesaver. strong recommend read more

All of these great reviews leave me puzzled, chronically understaffed dispite its communication and lack of experience with their workmanship worsen after the first hour. The 5 stars are astonishing I'd learnt my lesson to never visit a cheap shop especially when their business signs i.e. hours are hand-written in sharpie My service request was not quick, nor efficent I had to lend him a rag from my trunk so he could complete the job without hurting himself. It was a very simple and straight forward service request Bay Tires failed miserably without a doubt. No gratuitous explanation nor resolution for compensation for damaging my new 22" wheels. I couldnt help but noticed he struggled throughout the entire time balancing the wheel. During balancing my out the box brand new wheels and while on the balancer literally Florenzio was carving the inside of my aluminum wheel in two different places claiming he had to do what he had to do and suggested that "I myself, should paint over it" not a big deal I ask if he was serious then he ask do you want to go somewhere else? 2.0 hours and 43 minutes later he completely damaged 2 out of the 3 wheels and stripped a lug bolt and broke all 3 wheel steams in my stocks due to faulty, outdated equipment they use cheap weights. Note: Spoke to Demitri next day which was arrogantly making defamatory comments, name calling refused to accept responsibility that his shop, tools and machinery in conjuction of his installer Florencio ruined my wheels and were negligence then claim it's not a big deal it's just cosmetic and to get over it I've delt with both Florencio and Dimitri respectfully without any aggressiveness. I didnt ask for their dishonesty. Finally seeked out another shop locally which invited me in to visualize hands-on process and cleaned up all of Bay Tires dishonest work without any excuses with detailed explanations which they were confident and extremely knowledgeable and wheel service qas Nascar fast without any issues. Note: I am writing this to share based upon my own experiences and not defaming this shop. However it was a very unpleasant stressful experience. read more

I have a Range Rover and buy used tires - so instead of spending $200 + $15 installation (and that's at Costco) I go here and it's between $40-$100 for my tired including installation. Dimitri knows his tires and is very honest. I was told by someone else to change two tires but he told me only one needs to be changed! I highly recommend these guys. read more
