I've been coming to this place for years, but sadly, it's gone downhill. My car is a 2014, and when I needed new tires, I trusted them to take care of it. Even though I don't drive often and my car is kept in a garage, the replacement tires (new, not used) they sold me started cracking on the sides way too soon. The tread wasn't run down at all yet. Come to find out, the "new" tires they put on were actually manufactured in 2011 -- meaning they were already older than my car when they installed them! This also means they sold me very old tires, because I didn't buy new tires in 2014 (since my car was brand new). I likely purchased new tires around 2019, though I wish I remembered the exact year. No wonder the tires didn't last as long as they should have. I'm glad I learned how to read the date codes on tires after this experience, so this won't happen to me again. However, I'll just continue going to Costco. Their warranty is excellent -- if I get a flat, they'll cover it -- and tire rotations are included in the price. Plus, this shop wasn't even much cheaper than Costco to begin with. Do not go here unless you want old, outdated tires. read more

However, I will definitely complain about the three-dollar fee they charge for credit card use. I understand there's supposed to be a fee, but three dollars is unreasonable. I just purchase new tires from this place. I purchased tires here before and they were good last me a long time. I recently bought new tires in June , the end of June and my tire on one side is already messed up. I had a friend that came here and she kept telling me not to come , and stated that they sold her a tire that was no good and she went back there so they can fix it and they refused. You think you're getting good new value tires and they are not. I'm constantly on the freeway and have a two year old I need to make sure my tires are safe. I never had this issue before. Came here Friday evening to get two tires replaced, brought my own tires and hauled away my old ones. First of all price was the highest I was quoted from all shops but being there already just decided to go with it. I was told one where had curb rash which I knew previous and after work was done they rushed me out as they were closing and getting home I seen they had damaged my wheels even more and going back to tell worked he said it was already there and not his fault. If $35 are worth more to you than taking accountability for your actions keep the money. Such a pity to see someone not own up to their actions. I understand mistakes happen and no one is perfect but lying to my face is the worst of it. Like I said before keep your money. Honor to me is worth more. You and I both know that the damages are from your machine and not a curb rash, you took advantage of a wheel that was damaged already and made it worse. Been coming here for over 15 years. A patch used to be $5 and then went up to $7 them $10 and now they are charging $20. That's not the worst, they are charging $3 to pay with credit or debit card. Horrible place to get your tires fixed. Money stealing scammers!! I got my two front tries replaced here because they were slightly balding. Not even a week later one of the two started loosing 15lbs of pressure every single night. I took it back to see what the issue was and they told me I had cracked rims, and the tires were sensitive to that. I DID NOT have cracked rims before I came to them, and had NO issues with the previous tires other than being slightly worn. They then quoted me $150, to weld ONE crack in the rim. I called other places to get a quote and they said they could do it for $60.. Pacific Tires are scamming money stealers! read more

I went there to get a screw taken out of my tire. They charged me $10 to look at it. Took tire off They decided that since the tire was not leaking air, they would leave the screw in. They also added air to my tires to 40 psi when the correct amount is 35 psi, which my tires were already at. The tire with the screw they filled to 45 psi. I used to recommend them. I came here because I had a small leak in my back tire. Everyone there was amazing and so helpful. At first I couldn't find my wheel lock key but they helped me search for it. They were able to take the tire off, identify the small nail hole, showed it to me, and patched it super quickly. They also informed me another tire was a little low so to keep an eye on it for the next few days and come back if my tire pressure light turns on. Amazing service and they were all so kind! I went in for a new set of tires. When I pulled in, Fabian led me to a spot immediately and started helping me. Within a few minutes he had a couple of quotes and explained everything and what was included. After I made my decision, Fabian and his team went to work right away! He also informed me of a sensor that was out and gave me options as well as the quote for repair. I had other questions and he was patient and friendly with me and answered all my questions. I've been coming here for years for basic maintenance like tire rotations, flat tires and so on... and true to form I came in yesterday to fix a tire that had a nail in it.. we started at our dealership in Gardena for an oil change and we were notified that we had a nail in our tire... they said they could fix it for 30 bucks... that alone was enough for me to say, nah homie I'll take it to my people... the next day I took it to pacific tire knowing that they'd charge me 10-15 bucks... I show up and while I was waiting the young man called me over and said the nail didn't penetrate the through the tire tread... NO CHARGE!! And that's why I bring it here.. Went in here a while back for an alignment. I usually stay near my car and talk to the person doing the alignment about specs but I didn't this time because I had my lady with me so I say inside to wait. They brought my car out and said it was complete. I asked the guy if it was off by a lot since I had just installed new wheels and tires. He just said, "yes". Every other alignment shop I've been to has given me a print out of the specs they've left my vehicle at. I recently took my front passenger tire off to inspect it and fix my liner and the entire inside of the tire has been losing tread far greater than the outside. It hasn't been six months since I got the alignment and I'm running pirelli p-zero tires. I had my speculations as to whether they had actually done an alignment on my vehicle or if they stole my $60, and my conclusion is that they stole $60 from me to get my car on a ramp and bring it back down.
