When I asked to swap the granola for almond butter, as I always do, I was told no. They could leave off the granola but they'd have to charge for the plop of almond butter. The acai was frozen solid like ice, instead of being smoothie consistency as it should be. There was almost half the amount of fruit as there usually is. Just overall so disappointing. We've been coming here almost weekly for several months, order 3-4 items each time. And we'll literally never be back now. I hope the $2 price raise, and skimping on fruit, ends up being worth it for them in the long run.

I personally would try them without add ins on your first visit - the protein specifically does alter the taste a bit.
