They make our world more beautiful in every possible way, and this store celebrates that spirit. Whether you're a professional artist, a hobbyist, or someone looking to try something new, you'll find endless inspiration here. Everything is on their website, and you would need to schedule a time and date to come in to reserve a spot in the studio. If you can't pick anything from here you can also bring in an item and they can tell you how much it would be to design it. The design process involves this type of gel with different colors that the studio provides. I picked a picture frame and also an accessory box from the studio to design. It turns out super cute and you can pick a variety of charms to put on top of the gel!

Dude, I'm not staring at pens like a Van Gogh. I want to buy something. Then you ask a question and get a curt, unhelpful answer. After finally getting the markers, I went to grab a canvas and was told the markers would be taken up front for me. Maybe that's store policy, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being treated as though I might steal them rather than like a customer who had just waited 15 minutes to buy them. Then the same employee who took 15 minutes to help me asked me to move out of the aisle because he'd decided that was the moment to move a large item through it. And finally, at checkout: "Hope your project goes well." Project. I'm not a student. I'm an artist buying art supplies. Maybe nothing was meant by it, but by that point it was a fitting end to the experience. Just generally a meh visit and another example of customer service being lackluster. I don't need anyone to roll out a red carpet -- I'd just like to feel like a customer rather than an inconvenience.
