I truly don't recommend her! I felt worse after visiting her! She is VERY unprofessional and not knowledgeable person for doing this job.

My primary phyisican is Dr. Tendolkar at Loganville Family medicine, located off of 78 in…read moreLoganville. I have visited this location twice and will comment more specifically on my second and most recent visit. I booked my appointment online thru zocdoc. This feature made it very easy to book an appointment that worked with my schedule and fill out necessary paperwork BEFORE the visit. Parking lot is right in front of the building with lots of available spots. I walk in to 2 ladies at the front desk. Neither one were quick to acknowledge nor greet me, as I stood there for a few uncomfortable seconds trying to figure out how to check in. I signed my name on the clipboard and was FINALLY greeted as I turned around to sit down. The woman asked for my name, and got what I assumed was my folder. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do. She looked up, replied with a quick "No", and looked back down. I went and sat down. The waiting room has about 15 chairs, a table with stacks and stacks of magazines, and a tv airing the ACCENT HEALTH channel. There is absolutely no decor or welcoming feeling in the waiting room. Waited about 25 mins before I was called. A woman (who never introduced herself) asked me how I was and weighed me at the scaled. She then asked me to follow her to the exam room, where she took my blood pressure, heart rate, and temperture. I liked how she announced the numbers as she took my vitals. She asked me a couple more questions and said the doctor would be with me shortly before leaving abruptly. Waiting 15 minutes before doctor arrived. He was nice, but seemed rushed. Reviewed my vitals and data quickly. He then called in a woman to supervise the exam. He examed me, asked me to leave some blood and urine samples on the way out, and left. All in all: -The staff and doctor were efficient, but it felt sterile, rushed, and a bit too casual (nurses and staff wore jeans and had cell phones sticking out of their back pockets). -Environment was clean, but not warm and inviting. -For purposes of continunity of care, I will continue to use Dr. T as my primary physician.

Had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Tendolkar. Unlike the positive reviews I read, I felt…read moreincredibly rushed during my appointment and like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. He did not take the time to explain my diagnosis or the reasons behind the medication he prescribed, leaving me confused about my treatment plan. The communication was poor, and the overall care felt dismissive rather than thorough. I will be looking for another primary care physician who actually listens and cares about patients.

He listens carefully, responds logically, orders only necessary tests, gives options, is patient, kind, hilarious, and thorough. If you are in a hurry to breeze in and out, this is not the place for you. Go to one of those other doctors who barely looks at you and spends a very minimal amount of time assessing your symptoms. If you want quality care with a truly wonderful doctor, go see Neil Groff. I now have ALL of my family members going to him, and all are very pleased with him. So sad that some people complain about his practice and the wait time. He has a vested interest in each of his patients. He calls back with lab results as soon as they are in. He is a rare treasure!

We have seen his brother for one visit. Both are good. Dr. Neil Groff has a more lighthearted, chummier bedside manner than his brother. That isn't to say that one style or personality is "better" necessarily - I just mention this so you will know which is better for you or your patient. Dr. Groff and his office have always been very accommodating to questions and concerns. The office accepts Medicare. The waiting room is pleasant and has patients from childhood through geriatric. There is not a 'Sick Child' section of the waiting room. There is a child's table but no toys, so bring your own or a coloring book & crayons. There is a large flat screen TV that usually has a Disney animated movie showing. On some days, Dr Marc Unterman, a cardiologist whose office is in Lawrenceville-sees patients at Dr Groff's Loganville office. This is very convenient! The office is also easy to find. Going east on 78, turn left on Lee Byrd Road, and turn into the small office complex on your right, just after the credit union. The doctor's office is on the right. If you need to drop off a FedEx package, there is a drop-off box in the rear of the parking lot.
