Wonderful shop with full selection of herbs, teas, essential oils etc. plus kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Oh miracles, a Santa Fean business whose business hours are consistent between their website, Facebook page, Google business profile, and storefront! 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. six days a week, so easy to remember, apparently less easy to fulfill or how does one end up before a dark and shuttered store at 5:12 p.m. on a Tuesday? But let us be reasonable, consider this from the business's point of view. Maybe business hours in this city are more akin to New Year's resolutions: aspirational, remote dreams of a better world that may or may not materialize. After all, it snowed in the past 24 hours, or might snow in the next 24 hours, or we took a family vacation and decided not to tell anyone, or it is 5:12 p.m. on a Tuesday. Or, as I was told when I arrived for my Whole Foods grocery pickup within the provided hourly window only to find it reshelved, "We want to let our employees go home to their families." Who are these grubby little creatures known as customers anyhow, always trying to tear the beleaguered employee away from his or her family? Showing up in our private businesses, forcing money into our hands? Paying for gas or bus fare, scheduling their days around our publicly broadcast hours of commerce, and then expecting to find us open and operational? What treachery is this? It's actually inconvenient, is what it is. Best underscore to these miserable miscreants the essence of customer service in this city: Go away. No one wants you here. What the f-- were you thinking moving to this city anyhow? read more

Small, friendly, and unpretentious herbal shop in the heart of Santa Fe's gallery district. Good selection of herb and natural remedies, friendly staff, and good prices. Most of the items they carry are their own label, formulated there in the shop, and they have a professional herbalist on staff who you can have a consultation with. Due to its compact size, they are not going to have everything, but what they do have is quality. I was just passing through town, and picked up a good digestive blend tea, but if I lived locally, this would be my spot! read more

The previous reviews about the "sweet woman" working there really make me wonder who actually posted the reviews. I visited Milagro Herbs on November 23rd to buy my favorite hand lotion, Desert Dweller Deep Moisturizing Lotion. This particular product is awesome!!! Unfortunately, the female employee working there that particular day was not personable whatsoever. In fact, her customer service skills were greatly lacking. She was rude, short with me, and in a great hurry to get me out the door. I would have purchased other items, but she was having none of that. Even my daughter remarked how rude she was. On a side note, the dried herbs in the glass jars in the back room all look like they have seen better days. Makes me wonder how someone could use those herbs to make herbal medicine?? read more
