We've been using Aromaland's shower products at our spa for 9 years, and have been very happy and so have our customers. We use their unscented line of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as we try to keep odors/scents to a minimum at our spa, and I like that Aromaland offers this as an option with minimal ingredients but a great product. I've used their rosemary mint products at another spa and it was lovely as well. We often get compliments from customers on how nice the shampoo and conditioner are. It's always been very easy to place bulk orders with them, and their customer support is stellar. We've never had an issue but I've reached out to them a couple of times over the years with questions and they were friendly and quick to respond and help out. Company took my money and never sent me my items. It's been almost a year. Multiple calls and emails. No response. Just lies.

They have a good product but it takes forever to get your order which made my customers get pissed off at me because their orders were late. I kept calling customer service wanting to know where's my shipment, it took a whole month before I finally got my order. Customer service is awful since Sherry left. read more

Have been using these products since 2015 and was thrilled with their quality. But my much awaited Bath & Shower Gel Rosemary & Mint 1 gallon was a huge disappointment (Order#: 136402). Having used the same product earlier, I found that the viscosity was thinner and much diluted since the last time. However I gave it the benefit of the doubt - since it has been my soap of choice. So I called the customer service and logged a complaint with them. They offered the return - but I told them that I had used it - they rejected the return saying that the product had been opened (not sure how I could have checked the quality without opening). I really enjoy these essential oils. They have awesome combinations. My only complaint would have to be that they couldn't tell me where they get their essential oils from. She said they're from all over. I feel that's it reasonable to want to know where the oils come from. read more

Jacob a Representative of the company came to Las Vegas for a convention and gave my husband samples of their foot and leg lotion as well as their hand lotion. I've given up bath and body this is my holy grail hand lotion. The lotions have essential oils and they smell wonderful. I worked with Donna over the phone and she helped with my order. These oils are the same quality as Doterra but at a fraction of the price. The reason being MLM multi level marketing. I love doterra and the only thing I'll be getting from them as Aromaland doesn't have it in a chewable tablet is DigestZen. They have all the oils including in DigestZen but I'm no scientist. Thankfully my Doterra rep is family although she isn't happy I'm jumping ship she is happy I'm still using essential oils. I did ask where the oils came from as well and they come from the same places Doterra gets their oils from listen folks this is amazing quality and I suggest you order some and save yourself some money. I think since some of these reviews came in their customer service is better I can say that they are a small company but they are determined to let their product speak for itself and they don't do over the top marketing. I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible customer service. 2+ weeks and waiting for an order, no answers to emails, or messages left. Nobody there seems to know what is going on. Don't bother ordering from this company. read more

I ordered something from Aromaland as they were close and I wanted to get the item quickly. After Two weeks I had not heard anything nor gotten the item, I sent 2 emails and made a phone call. Then they finally told me they were out of the item. Terrible customer service. read more

I was introduced to Aromaland a few years ago with their oils. Lately I discovered the shampoos and conditioners. They are all wonderful products. The orders I've made have all gone out right away and I have found the customer service wonderfully responsive. read more
