This would be about a 200 to 250 mile round trip for me. This is the second or third time they've called. I have no idea who they are. Most recently, the highly incompetent staff provided me an inaccurate estimate for my pre-payment amount. I am currently owed $125 by Emory and they have not provided this refund in a timely fashion. I know I personally will never pre-pay for another procedure within the Emory medical system after this nightmare of trying to obtain a refund of cash I am clearly owed.

That doctor was fine, but thought it was my gall bladder and wanted me to have this super expensive test that tested the functioning of my gall bladder only... which I didn't want to do because I didn't think it was that. Anyway, I went to Dr. Anderson because I saw that he was listed as a DO. I just wanted someone to sincerely listen to my issue and make a recommendation. I didn't mind going on a juice cleanse for a year. Whatever. I just wanted a recommendation before a doctor was like, "oh, nice to meet you, there is a baby in your belly", or, "how about we bill your insurance and you give me $600 and then we can chat".
