I got a soft gel mani + pedi and nail art. They have many many colors and are always willing to do design work. Another customer was getting intricate designs with charms and hand sculpted floral designs. The location is great if you also want a snack or fresh drink. Transit accessibility is great. You should know their polish is SO LIMITED, mostly old lady colors let's be real (blues, reds and some pinks). They were patient with me as I sampled colors because I went in with wanting a pale/pastel green color - I came out with like a forest green color because that was the best they had. The lady who actually painted my nails did a fabulous job and if this was just a review on the painting it would get 5 starts, but the rest of the service was just bad. There was a lady doing my toes and she ripped off my old polish with cuticle clippers, didn't really let my feet soak so when she used those same clippers to cut my cuticles it was unpleasant. She also kept commenting about my appearance. When it came to the pedicure she sat on her phone while my toes were curing and I must of sat there for an extra 5-10 minutes waiting for her to stop scrolling. Respectfully do that on your own time. She only massaged one leg which was strange and they definitely were judging me the whole time. They also set a lot of their tools on the ground (the uv light, the water bowl) and I just thought that was weird behavior. Overall just go to fashion nails down the street - they are much friendlier and have a bigger selection of polish and it was a 5$ pay difference.

The staff were sweet and quiet, which I didn't mind My pedicure turned out great, but my gel manicure was rough - it was still tacky hours later, and had a messy streak on my thumb that I didn't notice until I got home. It turns out that my nail beds had taken a beating as well - two toes and a finger had small cuts to heal from being pushed too far from the finger. I did see the owner doing another appointment that looked fantastic, and they fixed another girl's peeling dip nails for free, but the fact that her dip peeled after one day makes me think the quality here is hit-or-miss. Convenient location, but I wouldn't go back.

Presuming four stars. Unfortunately, my experience was really dismal. There were two women working, and no one else in the salon, so one took my toes and one my fingers. The woman working on my toes was meticulous and thorough - everything my sister had said made her like going there, too. Five stars! However, the woman working on my fingers was apathetic at best - she was aggressive trimming my cuticles (not over-trimming what should be trimmed, but slap-dash cutting at the actual skin around my nail bed) and when she applied the polish, she wasn't even looking at my nails most of the time! It showed in the output. The salon was too dim for me to notice at the time, but when I got home and my nails had properly dried, I realized that one of them had a complete gap in the second layer of color. Maybe three stars at this point. I went back in the next day to have it fixed -- the woman who'd done the color wouldn't even make eye contact with me. The woman who'd done my toes was eating her lunch and when I showed her the nail, sighed audibly, clearly agitated, and told me to go pick out my color. 2.5 stars? I couldn't tell from the bottles which was right between two of them and brought them to her. I told her I wasn't sure, so would appreciate if she could verify which was right and then repaint the nail. She painted over the crummy work but only on the worst of the nails, the color didn't match when I got into the light, and she just shrugged. Then indicated that she expected a tip. The quality is every bit as good as you see on their Instagram. I'm not really sure what to review when it comes to getting your nails done other than the design, which I attached photos of (the stage 3 design I got done before my bachelorette), but I can attest to the fact that my first set of extensions & polish lasted for almost a month (I got them filled after 3 weeks, and then a new set for my stage 3 design).
